When do gates open?
Gates will open at 6:00 PM.
How much are tickets?
General Admission tickets for both kids & adults are $7.50 each. Kids 2 & under are free!
What time will Trick-or-Treat start?
Trick-or-Treating will take place on the main concourse starting at 6:00 PM. We willl provide bags to all attendees at the gates.
What time will the movie start?
The movie will begin approximately at 7:30 PM on the Left Field Videoboard.
Can I purchase tickets at the gate?
Yes. Tickets will be available at the Box Office window on the night of the event, but we encourage all attendees to purchase their tickets in advance.
How do I pick my seat for the movie?
All tickets are general admission and seating is first-come, first-served. Fans are permitted to within the stadium bowl seating area.
Can I bring a chair or wagon?
Wagons are allowed to be brought in for concourse use only. With no field access available this year, we urge fans not to bring chairs. Fans can still bring blankets and/or pillows for stadium seating.
Will you accept cash payment inside the ballpark?
The Team Store accepts cash payment. All concession stands inside Louisville Slugger Field are credit card only.
Where do we park?
We advise all attendees to park in the Louisville Slugger Field Lot located of Jackson and Main Street. (View Map)
How much is parking?
Parking will be free for everyone in the Louisville Slugger Field lot.
What are the categories for the costume contest?
There will be five categories: Most creative, scariest, cutest, best duo and best group costume.
Will concession stands be open?
Yes. Select concession stands will be open featuring a variety of ballpark food and fall festival delicacies.
Can I bring in a diaper bag?
A diaper bag will be allowed into the ballpark, if necessary.
Can I bring my purse into the event?
Yes, as long as it follows our clear bag policy. For more info on our clear bag policy, click here.
Is there ADA seating?
The Bats will be able to accommodate by providing adequate seating either on the field or in the ADA section of the stands for the event.
What if it rains?
If the event were to be cancelled due to weather, fans who purchased tickets will receive a refund.
