Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, all ticket donations have been temporarily put on hold. The Louisville Bats are committed to our community, and once a start to the 2020 season has been determined, all donation requests will resume. Thank you.
The Louisville Bats are committed to the community and actively work with several non-profit organizations each and every season. Donations are made in the form of tickets and various merchandise items. Due to the volume of requests, we require that all organizations adhere to the following guidelines:
✔ All requests must be made on official letterhead
✔ All requests must be submitted at least four weeks prior to your event date
✔ Requests should be limited to one per calendar year
✔ Donations will only be provided to organizations within a 60 mile radius of Louisville Slugger Field
