Donation Requests

The Louisville Bats are proud to be more than just a ballclub; we are a dedicated partner to the community we call home. Each season, we provide support to local non-profits through ticket donations and unique team merchandise to help power your fundraising efforts.

To help us manage the high volume of requests and give back effectively, we ask that your organization meets the following criteria:

• Location: Your organization must be located within a 60-mile radius of Louisville Slugger Field.
• Lead Time: Please submit your request at least four weeks before your event.
• Frequency: To reach as many neighbors as possible, we limit donations to one per calendar year.
• Documentation: All requests must be submitted on official organization letterhead.
