Mascot Appearances

BOOK BUDDY BAT FOR YOUR NEXT SPECIAL EVENT!

Buddy Bat loves spending time with the Louisville community! Buddy Bat makes appearances at hospitals, schools, birthday parties, corporate events, parades, and more!

It is required that applicants submit requests at least three weeks prior to the event to allow ample time for the approval process. All requests are subject to availability and are served on a first come, first served basis. Buddy Bat is not available for appearances that conflict with Louisville Bats home games.

Cost: $50 per hour.

• No less than one hour will be charged.
• Request must be submitted at least three weeks in advance of event date.
• A designated changing area must be provided.
• Appearances will last no longer than two hours.
• Appearances must be within 45 miles of downtown Louisville.
• You may only submit one appearance request every three months.
