Louisville Mashers

In honor of Louisville’s bourbon history, the Louisville Bats will play as the Mashers this season! The name Mashers refers to the first step in the bourbon-making process; the cooking and fermentation of grains called mash. The bourbon barrel mascot logo is carrying a bag of corn representing the 51% corn mash required to classify whiskey as bourbon.
