MEMPHIS, TN – The Memphis Redbirds continued a 12-game road trip with an 3-2 win over the Norfolk Tides at Harbor Park on Tuesday night.

With two on and two out in the top of the second inning, Memphis shortstop Kramer Robertson drilled his third home run of the season to put the Redbirds on top 3-0. The home run was one of just two hits recorded by Memphis batters in the win. Seven of the nine in the Redbirds lineup reached base safely on Tuesday night as the club drew a total of five walks.

Right-handed pitcher Gordon Graceffo allowed two runs on six hits in his start. Graceffo tossed 4.0 innings, walked four batters and struck out four. Relievers Kyle Leahy (5-4), Chris Roycroft (H, 1) and James Naile (S, 2) combined for five scoreless innings out of the bullpen.

The Redbirds (66-73) return to AutoZone Park on Tuesday, Sept. 19 to begin the final homestand of the season at 6:45p.m. CDT against the Charlotte Knights. You can find more information on upcoming promotions at AutoZone Park here.
