Disc Golf & Hek Yeh Putter Party

Disc Golf and the "Hek Yeh Putter Party" returns to Pelicans Ballpark October 20-23! October 20 & 21 will feature glow golf while October 22 & 23 will be played under the lights at Pelicans Ballpark. The Hek Yeh Putter Party is a premier disc golf/baseball stadium experience and competition. Participants have the chance to compete for 18 holes on our 9 hole temporary course designed in and around the entire park including the playing field. The final hole has competitors teeing off from deep second base toward home plate to an Innova DISCatcher or basket. Each night includes a minimum of 10 raffle prizes and CASH PRIZES for the top 30% of the field. Tee times are available for groups of 4 or less (exceptions may be made for families larger than 4) with groups teeing off every 10 minutes. First timers and experienced players welcome!

  • Gates Open: 3:30 PM
  • Available Tee Times: 4 PM - 7:10 PM
  • Cost to Play: $20 (includes 18 holes and 2 raffle tickets)
  • Admission for Non-Players: $5

What is Disc Golf? It's a sport using discs, similar to a frisbee, with the objective of throwing the disc into a basket. The baskets are made of chains to help catch the disc. Scoring is similar to golf in which the amount of throws per hole provides your score. The goal is have the lowest score at the end of the round.

Additional Information

  • You are allowed to bring your own discs, but we will have discs available
  • NO outside food & beverage
  • Select concessions and alcohol will be available
  • Comfortable shoes! (No cleats allowed)
  • Course will require walking and step navigation

Social Distancing & Face Coverings

Social distancing will be required throughout the course. In accordance with Myrtle Beach Executive Order #12, guests entering the ballpark are required to wear a face covering upon entry, exit and movement throughout the concourses, restrooms, etc. Our socially distant seating plan would allow for face coverings to be removed once you are seated as the order states that face coverings are not required while spending time outside as long as physical distancing of six feet is maintained between you and anyone that is not part of your household.
