DAILY CREDENTIALS: The Pelicans Media Relations Department should be notified at least 48 hours in advance of the game in which daily credentials are being requested. Requests forms can be here. Once approved, the credentials can be picked up at the ticket office.
CREDENTIAL PICKUPS: Credentials will be available for pickup at the ticket office.
MEDIA ENTRANCE: All credentialed media should enter the ballpark through gate 3. No credentialed media are permitted to enter the ballpark through either the Pelicans front office.
PHOTO WELLS: In accordance with the regulations designated by Major League Baseball, photo well access will not be permitted for the 2021 season.
PARKING: Credentialed TV media members are permitted to park their vehicles in the suite holder/media parking lot located off of 21st Ave. N. by presenting their credentials to the attendant. Please be aware that parking is extremely limited and available on a first-come basis. All other credentialed members can park in the main parking lot located off of Robert Grissom Parkway.
INTERVIEW POLICY: All pregame and postgame interviews are required to have six feet of space between the reporter and the player or staff member, with the reporter wearing a mask and remaining in the seating bowl. All interviews will be coordinated by the Pelicans Media Relations Department. No media will have direct access to players, the manager, or other baseball operations personnel.
CLUBHOUSE POLICIES: In accordance with the regulations designated by Major League Baseball, clubhouse access will be restricted for the 2021 season.
FIELD ACCESS: In accordance with the regulations designated by Major League Baseball, field access will be restricted for the 2021 season.
DRONES: According to the FAA and Major League Baseball, flying drones in and around stadiums is strictly prohibited starting one hour before and ending one hour after live events. Please contact the Pelicans to request permission for drone flights in and around Pelicans Ballpark.
