Digital Ticket Guide

The Myrtle Beach Pelicans have gone digital! Digital ticketing provides a safe, convenient and secure way for fans to use and share game tickets. It also helps prevent lost, forgotten and fraudulent tickets, and provides a contactless entry solution for all fans attending a game at Pelicans Ballpark.

The Pelicans have partnered with a new ticket provider this year, so the first time you access your online account you’ll need to create a new password. Please create your account using the same email we have on file for your tickets.

See below for steps on accessing, exchanging, forwarding, and redeeming your tickets.

Accessing Your Tickets

Step 1

Click here on your mobile device and enter the email address and password associated with your Pelicans account. If you do not know the email address associated with your account, contact your Account Representative or [email protected] for assistance.

Tap Sign Up to set a password for the first time or Reset Password if you are unable to remember your password.

Step 2

Once logged in to your account, tap 'VIEW TICKETS' to view your tickets for your next game or tap 'VIEW ALL TICKET INVENTORY' to view tickets for all future dates.

Step 3

After selecting the date of the game you are attending, a list of tickets for that date will appear. Tap on the specific tickets to view the barcode.

Step 4

After selecting specific tickets, a barcode will appear. Please have this page visible on your phone when you approach the gate.

Tap 'NEXT TICKET' to scan barcodes on any additional tickets you may have.

The Myrtle Beach Pelicans strongly recommend saving tickets to your Apple or Google wallet for quick retrieval on game days.

Exchanging Your Tickets

Step 1

Click here on your mobile device and enter the email address and password associated with your Pelicans account. If you do not know the email address associated with your account, contact your Account Representative or [email protected] for assistance.

Step 2

Once logged in to your account, tap the menu icon in the top right corner. You will then select the dropdown with the heading ‘My Tickets,’ and then select the ‘EXCHANGE’ option.

Select the game date you would like to Exchange.

Verify the game and seats you would like to exchange are correct and tap FIND ELIGIBLE EVENTS.

Tap a seating section on the seat map to view available locations. Select available seats from the interactive seating map. Tap the Arrow with the seat icon at the bottom of your screen and on the next screen confirm your seat selection by clicking continue.

Forwarding Your Tickets

Step 1

Choose the friend who will receive your tickets or click ‘ADD FRIEND’ at the bottom of the screen to add a new friend.

Once you have selected a friend, or added and clicked create Friend, hit the 'FORWARD TICKETS' button at the bottom of the page.

Redeeming Your Flex Plan Tickets

Step 1

Click here on your mobile device and enter the email address and password associated with your Pelicans account. If you do not know the email address associated with your account, contact your Account Representative or [email protected] for assistance.

Your list of your vouchers will pop up. (There will be a notation under any previously forwarded or redeemed voucher.) Tap ‘VOUCHER ACTIONS,’ then ‘REDEEM’ at the bottom of the screen. This option will allow you to select however many vouchers you would like to redeem for a certain game by checking the box(es) next to the voucher(s) you would like to redeem. Then select ‘CONTINUE

Step 5

Your list of your vouchers will pop up. (There will be a notation under any previously forwarded or redeemed voucher.) Tap ‘VOUCHER ACTIONS,’ then ‘REDEEM’ at the bottom of the screen. Step 6

Once you have selected your seats, you will select ‘CONTINUE’ to proceed to checkout and your vouchers will automatically be applied to the cart. You will follow the checkout process, then select ‘PLACE ORDER’ and your tickets have been successfully set up.

Renewing Your Tickets Online

Step 1

Go to www.ticketreturn.com on your mobile device’s web browser.

Click the (3) dashes in the top right corner and SIGN IN

Step 2

Enter the email address and password associated with your Pelicans account and sign in.

Tap "Forget your password?" if you are unable to remember your password.

Step 3

Click the (3) dashes in the top right corner and click MANAGE MY TICKETS

Step 4

If you have multiple events in your account, click Myrtle Beach Pelicans.

If not, just continue to follow the steps.

Step 5

Click Purchase On Hold Tickets

Step 6

Check the box next to all of the seats you are looking to purchase.

Step 7

If you wish to add any additional items, this is the page where you can do that. If not, just click CONTINUE.

Step 8

Review your seating then click CONTINUE.

Step 9

Click YES (you will need to place these at "Will Call" for right now).

Step 10

Read over the Terms & Conditions, then close out of that pop-up window.

Step 11

From here, you will fill out all of your credit card information.

You can PAY IN FULL or you can schedule a PAYMENT PLAN that will auto-draft out of your account each month.

Check the box that states you have read and agree to the Terms of Use & All sales are FINAL & NOT refundable.

Frequently Asked Questions

Digital tickets provide a safe, convenient and secure way for RiverDogs fans to use and share game tickets. They also helps prevent lost, forgotten and fraudulent tickets and provides a contactless entry solution for all fans coming through the gates at The Joe.

Digital tickets can be accessed in one of two ways. After purchasing tickets, you will receive a confirmation email with a link that says, “Click here to access your tickets.” Tickets can be viewed and scanned on a mobile device or printed off at home. If you are unable to locate that confirmation email, you can also access your digital tickets by logging into your "My Tickets" account directly.

A QR code or barcode (depending on the type of digital ticket used) will be shown on the screen of your mobile device at the gates and scanned by an employee for entry.

Yes, tickets can be printed from home by logging in to your "MyTickets" account on a computer, clicking on the menu in the upper right-hand corner, selecting “My Tickets,” and clicking on “Print Tickets.”

Yes, you can swipe to view and scan multiple tickets on a single phone. For example, if a family of four individuals is walking into the game together, only one person would need to show the four tickets on his or her phone.

Yes! To save tickets to your Apple or Google Wallet, view your confirmation email on your mobile device and select either “Click here to add your tickets to Apple Wallet now” or “Click here to add your tickets to Google Wallet now.” You can also add tickets to your Apple Wallet by logging into your MyTickets account directly.

Ticket Forwarding and Recalling

Yes. If they do not already have an account associated with the email address you forwarded the ticket to, they will be prompted to create an account upon receiving the ticket.

Yes, a ticket you receive can be forwarded to another individual. You (as the new sender) and the new recipient will both receive confirmation emails once the action is complete. There is no limit to the number of times a ticket can be forwarded.

You can view the recipients of your ticket forwards by logging in to your MyTickets account, clicking on “View All Ticket Inventory,” and then clicking on an event date. The name of the recipient will appear with each forwarded ticket.

Yes, the original ticket owner can recall a ticket back to his or her account no matter how many times it has been re-forwarded as long as it has not been scanned for entry.

Troubleshooting

After tickets have been purchased it can take up to 15 minutes for your confirmation email to arrive. If it has been longer than 15 minutes, we suggest checking your ‘spam/junk folder’ for an email from [email protected]. If you are using a Gmail account, please check the social and promotions tabs of your inbox as well. If you still cannot locate your confirmation email, please call the Joseph P. You can reset your password by clicking ‘Reset Password’ on the MyTickets login page. You will receive an email with a temporary password. If you have difficulties resetting your password, please call the Joseph P. Riley, Jr. Park box office at (843) 577-3647.

You are still able to purchase, use, print and share RiverDogs tickets without a mobile device. All necessary ticket actions can be completed by logging in to your MyTickets account on a computer.

We recommend viewing your digital tickets on your mobile device prior to arriving at The Joe. Once viewed, the data associated with your tickets will be saved to a storage area on your phone. They can be re-displayed out of this storage area without re-establishing a connection.

Double check that you are logged into a MyTickets account with the same email address and name that was used to purchase the tickets. If you are still having difficulty locating tickets you believe should be appearing, call the RiverDogs box office at (843) 577-3647.

Simply follow the instructions for recalling tickets. Once the ticket is back in your account, you can then re-forward it to the correct email address.

Double check that you are logged into a MyTickets account with the same email address the sender used to forward you the tickets. You may also have the sender recall the tickets and then re-forward them to you at your preferred email address.
