How to Purchase Tickets

  • Call 843-918-6000
  • Buy at the Box Office

As a general practice, no tickets will be printed and handled on-site. Instead, box office personnel will text or email tickets to a customer’s device.

Box Office Hours

In-Season Hours: Monday-Friday 10AM - 5PM

Game Day Hours: Monday-Friday 10AM - end of the game, Saturday-Sunday 12PM - end of the game

Off-Season Hours: Monday-Thursday 10AM - 5PM

Military Personnel & First Responders

Each game military personnel and first responders can save $3 when they show their badge or ID at the Box Office at Pelicans Ballpark or purchase their tickets online via GovX. This offer is courtesy of Beach Automotive.
