PokeClaws Night at July 21st BlueClaws Game

LAKEWOOD, NJ - The Pokemon craze is coming to FirstEnergy Park when the BlueClaws Crusher Pokemon will be facing the Kannapolis Intimida-tor Pokemon Thursday, July 21st as part PokeClaws Night, which starts at 7:05 pm.

After the game, play Pokemon Go on the field! During the game, enjoy tons of Pokemon fun! 

While battling the gym leader of FirstEnergy Park, screen shot your battle using #PokeClaws on Twitter or Instagram and the pictures will appear on the BlueClaws 1,854 square-foot video board!

There will be a Fossil Pokemon Dig at the first base "beach" area near the Craft Brew House where fans can find Kabuto, Kabutops, Omanyte, Omastar. Gotta Catch'em All! Fans can also search for Pokemon figurines hidden around FirstEnergy Park and bring them to the on field check in booth to claim their prize!

Fans can "become a Pokemon card" at the Skechers Snapshot Kiosk on the concourse behind home plate. Additionally, the BlueClaws will have a Starter Pokemon Booth, which includes a Pokeball and Pokemon, available on the concourse. Fans can also battle Ash in Pokemon on a Nintendo 64 that will be set up on the concourse.

In-Game Promotions include: Shorlax Sumo, Rattata Chasing Cheese, Kangaskhan Sack Race, Exeggcute Egg Race, and Guess That Pokemon.

There will also be specialty drinks at the Upstairs Club Bar. Gotta drink'em all Try our...Charmeleon (grenadine, scotch, Fireball cinnamon, whiskey, ginger ale ), the Jiggly Puff ( whipped bodka, blue curacao, raspberry lemonade, garnished with strawberries), and the Pikachu (orange juice, Red Bull, vodka, grenadine, garnished with cherries).

The first 1,500 fans at the game receive a BlueClaws Wallet Stickem thanks to Central Jersey Blood Center and it's Thirsty Thursday with dollar beer and soda plus 50-cent wings in the Coors Light WRAT Trap.
