OKC Comets Continue Homestand Tonight Through Sunday

OKLAHOMA CITY – The Oklahoma City Comets host Faith Night Saturday as they continue their two-week homestand with a six-game series that starts tonight against the Albuquerque Isotopes at Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark.
First pitch for Faith Night is scheduled for 6:05 p.m. Saturday against the Isotopes. Faith Night, presented by the Scott Dawson Evangelical Association, will provide an uplifting evening of baseball and fellowship, celebrating faith and community.
A special postgame concert is included with Saturday’s ticket price and will feature Mac Powell, the lead singer of the four-time Grammy Award-winning band Third Day and a Dove-winning solo artist. Additionally, The Oklahoma Baptist Children’s Choir is scheduled to perform the national anthem before the game.
Braum’s Friends and Family 4-Pack tickets are available for purchase for Saturday night’s game. The ticket packages start at $47 and include four Comets game tickets, four Comets hats and four Braum’s restaurant vouchers that can be redeemed at any Oklahoma Braum’s location.

Tonight (6:05 p.m.) – The series opens on a $2 Tuesday, featuring $2 select beer, soda and bottled water from a line of Miller, Coors and Pepsi products as well as select COOP Ale Works draft beer for guests 21 and older at a special rate of $3, including the new Comets Ale.
Wednesday (11:05 a.m.) - The second Field Trip Day of the homestand — and final one before the school year ends — provides students with the opportunity to enjoy a fun field trip and baseball game. Groups of 10 or more receive an OKC game ticket, hat and sack lunch for the cost of $14 per person.
Thursday (7:05 p.m.) – First Responders Night will take place as well as recognition of the 30th anniversary of the 1995 bombing of the Alfred P. Murrah Federal Building in Oklahoma City after the original event date in April had to be rescheduled due to inclement weather.
First responders who assisted in the aftermath of the bombing will be honored on the field and representatives from the Oklahoma City Police Department, EMSA and Oklahoma City Fire Department are scheduled to throw out first pitches.
During a pregame ceremony alongside representatives from the Oklahoma City National Memorial Museum, the No. 168 will be retired at Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark in recognition of the 168 lives lost in the Oklahoma City bombing and 168 seconds of silence will be observed in their honor.
A parade of emergency vehicles will travel around the field’s warning track pregame and additional vehicles will be on display throughout the evening at Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark. The Comets will take the field wearing the team’s City Celebration jerseys and 405 hats.

Friday (7:05 p.m.) - Friday Night Fireworks are scheduled to follow the game, presented by Delta Dental.
Canadian Valley Youth Baseball Night takes place Friday. Youth teams that participate in the Canadian Valley Baseball League are invited to be recognized in a pregame parade on the field before the game. Group tickets are $16 each and include a limited edition OKC hat. Free mouth guards, courtesy of Delta Dental, will be distributed to parade participants.

Sunday, May 11 (2:05 p.m.) - The home stretch concludes with a Family Sunday, featuring an autograph session with select Comets players before the game and kids can run the bases after the game concludes.
