Mobile Ticket Guide

Visit www.okcbaseball.com and click on "Account Manager" located under the Tickets & Promotions header in the navigation bar when using a desktop. On mobile devices, click on the "Season Ticket Account Manager" button on the OKC Baseball home page.

On mobile devices, please visit the Season Ticket Holder Home Page and click on the "Account Manager" button.

Enter your email address and password.

Click on the "Manage Events" button. You will be directed to a list view of all the games included in your ticket package.

Tap on the game that you would like to attend. Each seat will appear separately, as shown. Upon arrival to the gate at Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark, turn up the brightness on your screen and simply position the barcode under the scanner.

Enter your email address and password.

Click on the "Manage Events" button. You will be directed to a list view of all the games included in your ticket package.

Select which game you would like to exchange tickets from. For instance, if you are wanting to exchange tickets to the April 15 game for a future game, click on that game date.

Click the “Exchange” button in the top right. Be sure to click the “Select All” check box in order to ensure that all of your tickets are exchanged and seated together. Then click “Continue” and confirm your selection on the next page.

Select the game date you are wanting to exchange into from the list of available dates.

Review the seat rules for Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark based on health and safety protocols. Then click “Got It.”

Available seats are noted by a blue circle. Select the seats you would like to exchange into, and then click “Continue” in the top right of the screen. If that box disappears, hover over the cart icon in the top right, then select “Continue”.

On the following pages, you will review your selection and confirm the details. Be sure to click “Submit” to ensure that the exchange will be completed.

On the final pages, select a delivery method and accept the terms and conditions. Then click “Submit Order”. Please keep in mind the seats you have selected will only be held for 8 minutes. Your exchange will show a cost of $0.00. When you are completed, you may click “Go back to My Events” to navigate back to the main event page and view all tickets currently on your account.

Select which game you would like to transfer your tickets from. For instance if you are wanting to transfer your tickets for May 13, select that game date. Then click on the "Transfer" button located in the "..." on the top right.

Be sure to click the correct number of tickets that you would like to transfer to one person. Then click "Continue" to confirm your selection on the next page.

Fill out the form with the information for the person you are transferring the tickets to and select "Transfer" and you will confirm the details to complete your transfer on the next page.
