Grass berm seating tickets are guaranteed for each Reno Aces home game. Pass Holders will receive a text at 9 a.m. on the first game day of a homestand and can opt-in to as many games they would like to during that homestand. Once opted in, Pass Holders can purchase guest tickets and upgrades if available.
1. How do I claim my tickets? When does the opt-in open before each game?
You will receive a text message when the window to opt-in is opened. The opt-in window will begin at 9am the Monday prior to each homestand. You will have an opportunity to opt-in for all the games in the series and purchase guest tickets & upgrades when available.
2. When does the opt-in close before each game?
The opt-in window will begin at 9am the Monday prior to each homestand, and games can be opted in to until one hour after first pitch for each game.
3. Why do I need two different accounts to opt-in to games and actually receive the tickets?
Opting in to Aces games and receiving Aces tickets are two different processes. In order to opt-in to games, click the link provided in the text message, and login using your MLB.com credentials. Tickets for games you have opted-in to will be delivered to your MyTickets account three hours prior to first pitch.
4. Do I get a ticket to each game on the schedule? Are there penalties if I do not opt in?
You can opt-in for a grass berm ticket for every game. Each game needs to be opted in to individually. There are no penalties for not opting into or attending a game.
5. Where are my tickets?
Your tickets will be delivered to your MyTickets Account 3 hours prior to first pitch if claimed in advance. If game tickets are claimed less than three hours prior to first pitch, they will be delivered to your MyTickets Account instantly.
6. Why am I not receiving the texts that allow me to opt-in to my games?
If you don’t save a phone number, texts can occasionally be marked as spam and not deliver to your inbox. Be sure to save the number 833-763-0583 to your contacts to ensure text delivery.
7. How are tickets sent to me?
3 hours prior to first pitch you will receive a text confirming that tickets have been delivered to your Reno Aces MyTickets Account.
8. Where will my seats be located?
Your seats will be located on our Outfield Berm. All Access Pass holders will have the opportunity to upgrade each game.
9. Can these tickets be transferred to a friend?
All Access Pass tickets, as well as seat upgrades and guest passes, are not eligible for transfer or resale. You may bring a guest with the purchase of a Guest Ticket. Abusing these guidelines can result in your All Access Pass being revoked.
10. Can I bring a friend to a game?
Guest tickets & upgrades will be available for select games. If available, guest tickets are available for purchase when you opt into games.
