As we move towards a more streamlined ticketing experience, your MyTickets Login must be merged with an MLB.com Login. This means the same email and password must be used for both sites. This will impact all events held at Greater Nevada Field, including Reno Aces games and Home For The Holidays.
It only takes a few simple steps to link your accounts, and you’ll only need to go through the linking process the first time you are logging in after December 3, 2025.
If you have never attended a Reno Aces game or event at Greater Nevada Field before, the following information does not apply to you.
If you don’t know if you have already have an MLB.com account, it is likely that you don’t and you will need to create an account with the same email you use for your MyTickets Account.
Follow the link below to create an MLB Account using the same email as your MyTickets Account. Hit “Sign Up” and follow the registration instructions. If you do not create the account under the same email, any tickets you have purchased will not appear in your MLB.com Account.
If you do already have an MLB.com account, confirm that the account you have is with the same email you use for your MyTickets Account. If it is not, create a new MLB.com account with the same email you use for your MyTickets Account or any tickets you have purchased will not appear in your MLB.com Account.
If it is the same email as your MyTickets Account, follow the link below to sign in and access your tickets. If you are having trouble signing in, reset your password and then use that account login information to access your MyTickets Account.
Your Ticket Account can now be accessed through the MiLB App!
In order to have the best possible time at Greater Nevada Field and ensure smooth entry, it is recommended that you download the MiLB App and log in through the app to access your tickets which can then be presented at the gate for scanning upon entry.
Once you download the app, you can create or log into your MLB.com account, select the Reno Aces as your favorite team, and click on My Tickets to be directed to the ticket login page.
We are aware that there are potential issues arising as we work through transitioning MyTickets Accounts to the MLB.com platform,
To avoid congestion/confusion at the Ticket Office, we ask that you please try both avenues of accessing your tickets before arriving to Greater Nevada Field.
If you have tried signing in AND creating an MLB.com Account, and neither are working, we ask that you please call our Ticket Office team at 775-334-7000 before arriving to your event. We will be able to assist in getting your account active and granting access.
