Greater Nevada Field and the Reno Aces have implemented a series of health and sanitization policies and procedures for the safety of our fans, players and staff. These policies have been developed to align with the CDC and the Washoe County Public Health Department guidelines.
Per directive of Governor Sisolak, face coverings are required for individuals in public areas. Fans must wear masks when moving throughout the stadium and may only remove masks when actively eating or drinking in their seat location while maintaining social distance.
Appropriate physical distancing of 6 feet must be maintained at all times between fans, except members of the same household or those that attend together.
The Reno Aces have been approved by the State Department of Business and Industry to host fans per governor Steve Sisolak’s Directive 041 which allows large gatherings to be held at up to 50 percent of fire code capacity.
The Reno Aces are going digital! Digital ticketing provides a safe, convenient and secure way for fans to use and share game tickets. It also helps prevent lost, forgotten and fraudulent tickets and provides a contactless entry solution for all fans coming through the gates at Greater Nevada Field.
Stands will be cashless. Credit and debit cards will be the only forms of payment accepted. When possible, food and condiments will be distributed in closed or pre-packaged containers. Eating and drinking will only be allowed while fans are seated, not allowed on the concourse or at bars.
Starting this season, we will be enforcing a Clear Bag Policy. Bags, backpacks, and containers brought into the stadium cannot be larger than 12” x 6” x 12” and must be clear. All bags are subject to search prior to entry.
Walkways and concourses will have signage to direct guests to ensure proper social distancing, including one-way pedestrian traffic. Restrooms with multiple entrances and gift shops will be assigned a one-way entrance and exit.
High contact points will be thoroughly disinfected before, during, and after every game. This includes but is not limited to: restrooms, concessions, drink rails, & door handles. Hand sanitizing stations for public and staff use have been added to high-traffic areas.
If you are experiencing a fever, cough, shortness of breath, loss of taste or smell, or other symptoms that could be related to COVID-19, please stay home and we welcome you to join us again in the future.
Starting this season, parking is going digital! Grab your parking pass before heading down to Greater Nevada Field.
