Q – I don’t think I have a MyTickets Account. How do I make one?

A – All Reno Aces Season Members have a MyTickets Account, but you may have never accessed it. Please visit the Reno Aces MyTIckets Login page, use your email address that is associated with your tickets as your login, and click on Reset Password. This will get you the most current login information.

Q – What information do I need to login to my MyTickets Account?

A – You will need the email address that is associated with your Reno Aces accounts (this is the email address that you receive Season Member updates on) and your password. If you do not remember your password, click on Reset Password and go through that process.

Q - I am trying to login, but I keep getting the message that my email is not recognized, but it is what I have associated with my Reno Aces ticket account. What should I do?

A – The first step is to make sure that you are trying to login through the Reno Aces MyTickets server, as it is specific to our database. Be sure you are entering your information on the Reno Aces MyTickets Page. If you are still getting that error message, click on Sign Up to create a new account. Be sure to use the email address that is associated with your Aces Season Memberships when creating the account.

Q – Do I need to print my tickets from home, or can they be scanned from my phone?

A – Your game tickets can be downloaded directly to a smart phone and scanned by our Guest Services Team. Please be sure to turn your phone’s brightness all the way up to make scanning digital tickets easier.

Q – How do I send tickets to friends or family?

A – You can forward tickets and/or parking passes to your family or friends directly from your MyTickets Account. Once logged in, click Forward on the left-hand side of the page

Q – How do I use my account credits to purchase tickets?

A – After logging into your MyTickets Account, click on the three bars in the top right corner of the screen, and select Buy Tickets from the dropdown menu, Select the tickets and/or parking passes that you would like to purchase, and click checkout. Your Account Credits will show up as a form of payment.

Q – How do I manage my parking passes through MyTickets?

A – Parking Passes will show up in your MyTickets account as a separate event than your game tickets. They can be forwarded, downloaded, and viewed the same way that a game ticket can be.

Q – Can I update my Account Information through MyTIckets?

A – Yes, you can. Once logged in, click on My Account, and you will be taken to your Account Information page. Be sure to click Save Changes at the bottom of the page before leaving the page to make sure your changes are applied.
