College: Bowling Green State University

Bio: Eric Edelstein is currently the President for the Reno Aces, Triple-A affiliate of the Arizona Diamondbacks and Greater Nevada Field. With real estate magnate Herb Simon as managing partner, he supervises all business, baseball and event operations at Greater Nevada Field as well as Simon Family land holdings in Reno.

Edelstein, 45, formerly oversaw concept, launch and operations of Reno 1868 FC, the second division professional soccer franchise and top affiliate of the San Jose Earthquakes. He departed the Aces in a full time capacity following the 2022 season and served as Assistant City Manager for the City of Reno in 2023.

He originally joined the Aces in June, 2013, after 10 years with the Double-A affiliate of the Kansas City Royals, working in Wichita and Northwest Arkansas under the ownership of Rich Products Corporation. Prior to the 2008 Naturals inaugural season, Edelstein orchestrated the relocation to Northwest Arkansas by overseeing the construction of the ballpark and launch of the franchise.

Before moving to Wichita, Edelstein served as General Manager of the Jamestown Jammers in Jamestown, NY. The team’s parent club, the Florida Marlins, won the World Series in 2003, earning Edelstein a World Series ring.

A native of Cleveland, OH, Edelstein earned a degree in sport organization management and a minor in marketing from Bowling Green State University. He started his career in professional baseball in high school as an intern for his hometown team, the Cleveland Indians. Over the course of his career, Edelstein has filled many roles for several professional sports teams including the Buffalo Bisons and the Cleveland Lumberjacks Professional Hockey Club.

Bio: Upon the Cresskill, NJ native's arrival to the Biggest Little City as a Reno Aces' Front Office member in January 2022, Phillips has made an immediate positive impact to the organization. His extensive experience in professional baseball spans over 20 years, which includes the Aces' first Pacific Coast League Championship in a decade. Recognizing his invaluable contributions, SK Baseball swiftly promoted Chris to General Manager/Chief Operating Officer. Under his insightful leadership, the Aces achieved unprecedented success during the 2023 Season, marking their best financial performance in the franchise's 15-year history.

During his tenure with the Aces, he’s been instrumental in overseeing the implementation of $7-plus million in stadium renovations and upgrades at Greater Nevada Field over three years, resulting in substantial increases in both fan attendance and revenue. His dedication and vision have played a significant role in elevating Greater Nevada Field to one of the premier ballparks in the country.

Since starting his professional baseball tenure in 2002, Chris has become a highly accomplished industry executive with a proven track record of success in sports management. The Penn State graduate began quickly rose through the ranks from Ticket Account Manager with the Altoona Curve to Assistant General Manager with the State College Spikes. His journey continued in Colorado, where he assumed the role of General Manager for the Colorado Springs Sky Sox before becoming President and General Manager with the Rocky Mountain Vibes.

Bio: Max was born and raised in Bellingham, Washington, and graduated from Washington State University with a degree in marketing. In his free time, he enjoys playing music and cheering on the Mariners. A fun fact about Max is that he started his sports career as the mascot for the Bellingham Bells.

Bio: Kevin is from Denver, CO, and has a BS in Sports Management from Colorado Mesa University. In his free time, he enjoys spending time friends and family, checking out local breweries, and cheering on the Denver Broncos, Colorado Avalanche, Denver Nuggets, and Colorado Rapids!

Bio: Adam is from New Castle, PA. He graduated from Westminster College and graduated with a BA in Broadcast Communications. In his free time, he enjoys golfing, spending time with his family, and cheering on all Pittsburgh teams, (except for the NBA where he roots for the Lakers). A fun fact about Adam is that he has been to 20 of the 30 major league ballparks and is working on visiting them all.

Bio: Marcelo is an Illinois native who is a big baseball fan that works B2B in the Front Office of the Reno Aces. In his free time, he enjoys utilizing his Music Technology degree as an audio engineer, musician, DJ, and rooting for the Chicago Cubs!

Bio: Dee is from Hilton Head Island, SC, but has lived in Hawaii for most of his adult life. He graduated from Coastal Carolina University and majored in Recreation and Sport Management! Bio: Raymond, a native to the Reno/Tahoe area, joined the Aces in April of 2019. She has worked in multiple professional sports leagues, including Major League Baseball and the National Hockey League, most recently working with the San Jose Sharks. A graduate of San Jose University with a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, and Event Management, she brings a unique and customer-focused background to the Member Services Department.

Bio: Growing up as a Marine Corps kid, Andi experienced life in various places before settling in Malibu from fifth grade through college. She holds a degree in History from UC Santa Barbara. Bio: Dora is originally from Modesto, CA, and graduated from the University of Mary with a Bachelor of Science in Communication. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her dog Mac, staying active, and cheering on the San Jose Sharks and the Vegas Golden Knights. A fun fact about Dora is that she was a national gymnast for 13 years and made it to nationals 10 of the 13 years.

Bio: Born and raised in Gardnerville, NV. Leah attended North Dakota State University and majored in Sports Turfgrass Management. Withrow interned for the Aces in the 2015 season, was a seasonal assistant in 2017 and became a full time Assistant of Field Operations in 2019. After one year she was promoted to make her the youngest Tripel-A Head Groundskeeper and one of two females in all of Minor League Baseball to hold the title.
