Bio: A native of Cleveland, OH, Edelstein joined the Reno Aces in June, 2013 after 10 years with the Double-A affiliate of the Kansas City Royals, working in Wichita and Northwest Arkansas under the ownership of Rich Products Corporation. In his first six seasons at the helm, the Aces have achieved franchise records in the important revenue streams, including a landmark naming rights agreement for Greater Nevada Field with Greater Nevada Credit Union.

Bio: Jaenson spent three years in Reno from 2013-2016 where she grew from account executive to Vice President in two years. Jaenson lived and worked in Houston from 2016-2018, and returned to Reno on May 1, 2018 to accept the position as General Manager of the Reno Aces. Jaeson's role as GM is to lead day-to-day business operations for baseball, including the event experience, community engagement, marketing, and contribute to the sponsorship team. Jaenson is married to Shawn Jaenson, a Navy veteran, and has two young sons, Magnus and Anders.

Bio: Hicks is entering her fifth season with the Reno Aces as CRO. Bringing over 13 years' experience in the sports industry, she currently oversees the Sponsorship and Ticket Sales departments for both the Aces and Reno 1868 FC.

Bio: Originally from Placerville, CA, Bliss moved to Reno in 1995 and fell in love with Northern Nevada. She has worked in ticketing since 1999 and began with the Reno Aces in 2009, rising from part-time Ticket Agent to Director of Ticket Operations. In that role, Bliss overseas all ticket sales for the club, Reno 1868 FC, and exciting events at Greater Nevad Field such as Nitro Circus and Slaughterhouse.

Bio: Raymond, a native to the Reno/Tahoe area, joined the Aces in April of 2019. She has worked in multiple professional sports leagues, including Major League Baseball and the National Hockey League, most recently working with the San Jose Sharks. A graduate of San Jose University with a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, and Event Management, she brings a unique and customer-focused background to the Member Services Department.

Bio: Born and raised in San Mateo, CA, Strathearn was a walk-on Tight End for Nevada Wolf Pack Football which helped kickstart his career in sports. Strathearn started his front-office career in the NFL with the Arizona Cardinals, but returned to Reno in 2017 to join the Aces.

Bio: Born and raised in Harlingen, TX, Kristina joined the Reno Aces in December 2019 as the Ticket Operations Manager. Before moving to Reno, she worked with the Corpus Christi Hooks, the Double-A Affiliate of the Houston Astros as the Ticket Operations Coordinator, kickstarting her career in professional sports. She graduated from Texas A&M University – Corpus Christi with a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology with a focus in Sports Management and a Minor in Business Administration. When she isn’t cheering on the Aces, Kristina can be found rooting for the San Antonio Spurs and Houston Astros. She enjoys reading Harry Potter books, watching sports, camping, and playing with her three dogs Tootsie, Archer, and Baxter.

Attended the University of Oregon, he studied Sports Business and was members of the Club soccer team and Sigma Chi Fraternity. Bio: After spending over 20 years in Scottsdale, AZ, Baker joined the Aces staff in late 2018. She began her career in the sports industry during her freshman year of college. From there, she worked for multiple teams in Arizona before becoming a Client Services Manager at iHeartMedia. Itching to get back into sports, she moved to Reno and have been servicing Corporate Partner accounts for the Aces since.

*_Bio: *_A Middletown, CT, native, Ruffino is entering his third season in Reno after spending over three years in the New York Mets organization. In New York, he was responsible for the marketing & social media efforts for Citi Field while selling non-gameday events. He has worked with a variety of large scale events such as Electric Daisy Carnival (NYC), The Meadows Music & Arts Festival, Spartan Race, the Color Run, etc. Ruffino was a member of the organization during their 2015 National League Championship. With the Aces, Ruffino oversees the general marketing of the club with the General Manager, while taking a deeper focus on digital strategies. In the offseason, Ruffino is an Assistant Basketball Coach at Procter Hug High School in Reno, NV for the Freshman Boys' Team.

Bio: Grimm was born and raised in Middletown, CT and majored in Business Communication at Stevenson University. After graduating, Grimm went on to start his career in sports with The Providence Bruins of the AHL. Following a year in Providence, he moved to Reno to pursue his passion - baseball. This will be Grimm's third season in the Biggest Little City. Besides creating content for the Aces social media accounts, Grimm loves watching and playing sports in his free time.

Bio: Blake is entering his third season with the Reno Aces and Greater Nevada Field. A native of Colorado, he graduated from Colorado State University with a B.A. in Journalism & Media Communication. Originally a seasonal graphic designer for the Aces, O'Brien was promoted to Creative Manager in 2019.

Bio: Bass joins the Aces after two seasons with Reno 1868 FC, and will serve as the team’s point of contact for local and national media outlets. In his time with 1868 FC, Bass worked directly with major outlets such as The Washington Post, Fox Sports, CNN, The Athletic, B/R Mag and The San Jose Mercury. The native of Salinas, California, Bass graduated from the University of Nevada, where he earned a degree in journalism while interning and working with the Wolf Pack athletic department. When he isn’t highlighting the Aces’ successes, Bass is an avid reader and runner – completing the inaugural Racin’ Aces 5k in November of 2020, and is happiest when he can visit home and spend a day at the beach.

Bio: Devin joined the aces the Aces as the Production & Game Entertainment Manager going into the 2020 season. Before moving out to Reno he worked with the Lake County Captains, the Class-A Affiliate of the Cleveland Indians, as the Promotions & Corporate Partnership Director. He graduated from Ohio State University, in August of 2017, with a Bachelor's degree in Sport Management and Marketing and a Minor in Business. Devin was born and raised in Cleveland, OH. He attended Aurora High School where he played football, baseball, and wrestled. Devin is a Cleveland sports fan, as well as an Ohio State Buckeyes fan. Away from the ballpark, he enjoys playing golf, playing baseball, and playing videogames with his friends

Bio: Moss has been with the Reno Aces for all 11 seasons in club history. Prior to being Vice President of Business Development, Moss served as the Director of Ticket Sales for five years after moving to Reno from Tucson where he was the Director of Group Sales for the Tucson Sidewinders. Moss is married to Daylene Moss, a local artist, and has two daughters: Reilly and Carly.

Bio: Born and raised in Reno, NV. Altamura previously spent three years with the Aces from 2014 - 2017 where he grew from a Gameday Intern into the Ballpark Operations Manager. He left just before the 2017 season to become the Director of Stadium Operations for the Columbia Fireflies. He worked in South Carolina for three years before returning to the Aces and accepting the Vice President of Operations position in April of 2020.

Bio: Born and raised in Gardnerville, NV. Leah attended North Dakota State University and majored in Sports Turfgrass Management. Withrow interned for the Aces in the 2015 season, was a seasonal assistant in 2017 and became a full time Assistant of Field Operations in 2019. After one year as assistant she became the only female Head Groundskeeper in Minor League Baseball in 2020.

Bio: Born and raised in Denver, CO Myles joined the Operations Team for the Reno Aces in February of 2019. He achieved his HVAC Certification in October of 2020 from Ashworth College. Myles prides himself as being the swiss army knife of the Operations Team, he is very dedicated to everything he does, and is a big time problem solver. His other passions include Umpiring Youth and High School Baseball, Refereeing Youth and High School Football, Following the New England Patriots, Oregon Ducks, FC Barcelona, and the New York Yankees. Also, Myles likes adventures with his daughter, and a little bit of video gaming mixed in.
