This evening's series-opener between the Rome Braves (40-49) and the Greenville Drive (47-42) has been postponed due to inclement weather. The game will be made up as part of a doubleheader at State Mutual Stadium on Wednesday beginning at 5 p.m. EDT. Approximately 35 minutes after the first seven-inning contest concludes, a second seven-inning game will begin.

Wednesday's daily promotion is All-You-Can-Eat Wednesday. Fans who purchase the All-You-Can-Eat Ticket Package, which starts at $36, can enjoy unlimited concession items including hamburgers, hot dogs, popcorn, and soda. A limit of two (2) items are permitted each trip to the concession stand.

Also of note: Sunday's rainout at Hickory has officially been rescheduled for Sept. 16 in Floyd County. It will be the second game of a doubleheader that starts at 5 p.m. EDT. Since the original game was slated to be played in Hickory, the Crawdads will serve as the home team in the makeup game.
