Conditions often improve quickly in Central Texas and our field has a state-of-the-art draining system that helps our award-winning grounds crew get the surface play-ready in a swift amount of time.
Given that we only have a handful of off days throughout our season, it is imperative we try our best to get the game in when regularly scheduled. We will post updates regarding any game time changes to our Facebook and Twitter accounts.
Of course, sometimes we are forced to postpone or suspend a game. In the event that happens, here are some answers to frequently asked questions about exchanging your tickets.
1. What constitutes a rainout/when will I get a raincheck?
A raincheck is issued if we have to postpone the game before it has started or if we have to suspend the game before five innings have been completed (or 4 1/2 innings if the Express are winning).
2. How do I exchange my ticket?
Once a game is suspended or postponed, the Round Rock Express will disseminate a form to ticket purchase emails for the suspended or postponed game within one hour of the suspension/postponement in which the ticket purchaser may choose their makeup game.
3. When does my raincheck expire?
Your raincheck expires at the end of the current regular season.
4. What game can I use my raincheck on?
Suspended or postponed weekday game tickets can be exchanged for Sunday - Thursday home games in the current season (excluding Independence Day celebration), subject to availability; Suspended or postponed Friday or Saturday game tickets may be exchanged for any future home games in the current season (excluding Independence Day celebration), subject to availability.
5. How do we know if a game is rained out or postponed before coming to Dell Diamond?

6. If a postponed game is rescheduled for a double header, do I have to use my tickets then?
