Strike Out Hunger

The Salem Red Sox are proud to team up with dedicated community partners like Member One Credit Union to make a difference in Salem. During our food drives on Opening Weekend (April 4-6) and June 17-29, fans who donate canned food will receive a voucher for a free ticket to a future game, thanks to Member One.

For every strikeout by one of our pitchers this season, Member One will donate $5 to Feeding Southwest Virginia to help provide meals for those in need. So every strikeout isn’t just a win on the field—it’s a win for our community!
