The Toledo Mud Hens offer a fun and exciting opportunity for organizations to raise money during games at Fifth Third Field. We are looking for friendly, hard-working volunteers to work the concession stands and portable food and beverage carts during the games.
We provide your group with everything you need to be successful, including training, supervision, and a percentage of the sales-- non-profit groups with a minimum of 10 volunteers can earn between $500-$1000 per game. In the past two years alone, organizations have raised over $250,000.

Program
- Must be a Non-Profit Group - 501(c)(3)
- 6 to 28 volunteers per game; must be at least 16 years old (19 to serve alcohol)

Training
- Pre-season orientation will occur on a scheduled date before your first event
- Your group is responsible for manning cash registers and assisting in fulfilling food orders
- Restaurant Manager and support staff will guide your group through the game
Uniform
- Khaki or black pants, capris or knee length shorts (no jeans)
- White, navy, or red t-shirt or polo, apron provided
- Closed-toed, slip-resistant shoes
- FREE Mud Hens hat!
Arrival Times
- Group leader: 2 hours before game time
- Typical shift: 5 to 6 hours
