Reno, Nev.-Fresno posted a three-run tenth inning on Thursday night to claim a 4-1 victory over Reno at Aces Ballpark.

Reno entered the ninth with a 1-0 edge, when former Aces outfielder Cole Gillespie singled home the tying run. With two outs in the top of the tenth, Brett Pill's RBI double followed by a home run off the bat of Roger Kieschnick gave the Grizzlies a lead they would not surrender.

Tyler Bortnick's RBI single to left-center in the bottom of the third plated Evan Frey for the lone run of the game.

Chris Owings recorded the only multi-hit game for Reno, going 2-for-4 with a double.

Reno starter Charles Brewer, in his first game back with the Aces since his stint with the D-backs, gave up just six hits and struck out three through 5.0 innings of work. Brett Lorin threw 2.2 innings of stellar relief, giving up just one hit and one walk, while striking out two through 2.2 innings following Brewer's exit.

Reliever Evan Marshall was charged with a blown save after he gave up the tying run, and Matt Gorgen took his first loss after giving up three runs in the tenth.

The series wraps up Friday night at Aces Ballpark, as Reno looks to secure their second series victory of the season. RHP Zeke Spruill (3-3, 4.06 ERA) gets the nod for Reno, while the Grizzlies will counter with RHP Boof Bonser (2-6, 5,67 ERA). First pitch is set for 7:05 p.m. for another Saint Mary's Fireworks Friday presented by KRNV News 4
