TOEING THE RUBBER: In his Isotopes debut, Chi Chi González earned the win after allowing one run over 7.0 innings on the hill. The right-hander struck out eight and walked one … Mitch Horacek allowed two runs in his inning of relief while Nelson Gonzalez yielded one run in his frame on the mound.
 
AT THE DISH: The Isotopes powered their way to victory with six of their 13 hits going for extra-bases … Elliot Soto had a career day, blasting two home runs on the afternoon. It was the 29-year-old's first multi-homer game of his professional career. Soto had just seven career home runs in 10 professional seasons coming into today's game … Also homering for the Isotopes was Dom Nuñez.
