Q: When do individual game tickets go on sale?
A: Individual game tickets for the month of May ONLY will go on sale on Saturday, April 17th at 10:00 a.m. The Altoona Curve box office will be open from 10a.m. - 2 p.m. on the 17th. Tickets as well as promotions for the remainder of the season will be released at a later date.
Q: What are seating pods?
A: PNG Field will be operating at a reduced seating capacity in order to comply with state orders and to provide adequate space for socially distanced seating pods. With pod seating in effect, tickets will be sold in pods of 2, 4, 6 and 8 only. In order to ensure appropriate social distancing, please do not move from your ticketed seat to another empty seat.
Q: What if I want to bring a large group to a game?
A: With the current restrictions, we are unable to accommodate groups larger than 8 while keeping your seats together. Our Stucky Automotive Picnic Pavilion as well as luxury suites are a good way to ensure that your group can sit together during a game at PNG Field in 2021.
Q: How can I purchase single game tickets?
A: Tickets can be purchased online, over the phone by calling 814-943-5400 or by stopping by the box office. Hours are Monday to Friday, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Q: Will there be any increased health and safety guidelines at the ballpark during the upcoming season?
A: We are taking every precaution to prioritize fan safety at the ballpark. Health and safety guidelines for the 2021 season can be found here and will be updated as guidelines from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and Major League Baseball change.
Q: What do I do with my Flex Book and Holiday Book from 2020?
A: Flex Books and Holiday Books purchased for the 2020 season will be redeemable for any home game in 2021. Vouchers can be turned in when individual tickets go on sale for the 2021 season. Seating is based on availability at the time of redemption.
Q: I have a charity voucher from the 2020 season. Are those tickets still good for 2021?
A: Yes. All undated ticket vouchers for the 2020 season can be redeemed during the 2021 season. Vouchers can be turned in when individual tickets go on sale for the 2021 season. Seating is based on availability at the time of redemption.
