GreenJackets Announce 70 Games, 70 Promotions

NORTH AUGUSTA, SC: The Augusta GreenJackets, South Atlantic League affiliate of the San Francisco Giants, are excited to announce the highly anticipated release of their promotional schedule for the 2019 season at SRP Park.

The GreenJackets Front Office staff has been busy developing, what is arguably, the best promotional calendar to date. This year's schedule features many highly anticipated events at the ballpark, highlighted by the Drone Light Show presented by EDTS Cyber on June 14^th. Throughout the season, PGA Golfer, Kevin Kisner will return back to SRP Park (6/6), the GreenJackets will have 10 giveaway nights, there will be 10 fireworks extravaganzas set to light up the sky, the Murphy Auto Group will give away a 2018 Nissan Versa (8/31) and much more.
"We couldn't be more excited about the release of our 2019 promotions schedule," stated Tom Denlinger, GreenJackets Vice President. "A lot of work went in behind the scenes, and we can't wait to have the CSRA at SRP Park all season long."

• Friday, May 3^rd v. Hagerstown Suns at 7:05 p.m. - Phoenix Phone Lanyard Giveaway Presented by Phoenix Printing (First 500 fans)
• Friday, May 24^th v. Rome Braves at 7:05 p.m. - Children's Hospital of Georgia Sock Giveaway (First 1,500 fans)
• Sunday, June 16^th v. Rome Braves at 5:05 p.m. - Coca-Cola Grilling Set Giveaway (First 1,500 fans)
• Friday, July 19^th v. Greensboro Grasshoppers at 7:05 p.m. - EDTS Cyber Cooler Giveaway (First 1,500 fans)
• Saturday, July 20^th v. Greensboro Grasshoppers at 6:05 p.m. - Flag Giveaway Presented by Rowland Ford Funeral Home (First 1,500 fans)
• Friday, August 23^rd v. Lexington Legends at 7:05 p.m. - Georgia Military College Heliot Ramos Bobblehead Giveaway (First 1,500 fans)
• Sunday, August 25^th v. Lexington Legends at 5:05 p.m. - Augusta Chronicle Poster Giveaway (First 1,500 fans)

The GreenJackets are bringing in three acts to SRP Park during the 2019 season. On Thursday, May 16^th, fans will get to enjoy the Dueling Pianos face off during the game against the Columbia Fireflies. On June 14^th, the GreenJackets will be the first professional baseball team to host a Drone Light Show presented by EDTS Cyber. On Sunday, July 21^st, fans will be greeted by some of the fan favorite characters from Paw Patrol.

The GreenJackets will also be hosting four off-the-players-back jersey auctions throughout the 2019 Season. Jersey Auction Dates are May 4^th (Star Wars Themed Jerseys), June 28^th (Sweetwater Themed Jersey), July 4^th (Independence Day Jersey) and a Special Military Monday Jersey that will be worn every Monday game and auctioned off on Monday, September 2nd benefiting the Augusta Warrior Project. After each game, fans are brought onto the field to receive their jersey, take photos, and get players' autographs.
Single game tickets will go on sale Saturday, March 23 at BUZZfest. A free event to get GreenJackets fans excited for the 2019 season. BUZZfest will include free food (while supplies last), live music, and a fun run. To wrap up BUZZFest, the GreenJackets have partnered with the North Augusta Family YMCA for a Family Movie Night at SRP Park. Tickets will be $5 for adults and $3 for children 4-12. Children 3 and under are free. The featured movie will be Disney's 2016 box office hit, Zootopia.
Fans who want to solidify their tickets for the GreenJackets Opening Day on Monday, April 15^th can purchase NOW with the all-new GreenJackets Family 4-Pack. The Family 4-Pack includes 4 Reserved tickets, 4 hot dogs, 4 sodas and 4 popcorn boxes, all for $50. The GreenJackets Opening Day will SELL OUT, and the 4-Pack will guarantee your spot before single game tickets go on sale. Additional tickets for the Family 4-Pack are $12.50 and will include all the same amenities.
