Eiseman and his partners formed Agon Sports & Entertainment as an acquisition and management arm to sports and entertainment properties. The company owns and operates the Augusta GreenJackets (North Augusta, SC) and Boise Hawks (Boise, ID) as well as two music venues, the iconic Georgia Theatre (Athens, GA) and the Variety Playhouse (Atlanta, GA).
As part of his responsibilities, Eiseman oversees the business operations of both the Augusta GreenJackets and the Boise Hawks. In his role as President, Jeff manages the strategic direction of the business and all of its assets/partnerships specifically focusing on business development, sales, marketing, and overall business operations functions. 2018 set a milestone for the Augusta franchise as they opened the award winning and brand new $42M+ "state of the art" SRP Park. The park in its first season helped the team achieve a franchise attendance record.
Prior to forming Agon, Jeff spent the previous ten years at Ripken Baseball where he served as the Executive Vice President, responsible for business development efforts and executive level sales direction for the Company. Under his influence, Jeff led the start-up and management of the Aberdeen IronBirds which sold out every game under his watch for ten straight seasons, as well as the launch of the Florida State League's most successful start-up in league history, the Charlotte Stone Crabs. Jeff also worked for Mandalay Sports Entertainment starting as an Account Executive and eventually serving as the Executive Vice President of the Las Vegas Triple-A franchise. During his tenure in Las Vegas the club set franchise records in sponsorships and ticket sales.
Jeff holds Bachelors in Sports Management from the University of Maryland and has had the honor of being recognized with numerous awards such as, Executive of Year honors, Larry MacPhail Promotional Award, John H. Johnson President's Trophy, Bob Freitas Award for Outstanding Minor League Operations and Baltimore's "Top 40 under40" by the Baltimore Business Journal.
