Digital Ticketing 101

Buying Tickets online is easy and convenient for you when it comes to your journey to SRP Park. Below you'll find assistance for purchasing single game tickets online, accessing your tickets later on, and forwarding your tickets to a friend.

Digital Tickets can be scanned at the SRP Park Gate upon entry, so no need to print anything out!

MLB Ticket Account

What is this change to my account and why is it happening?

This change is being made to connect your ticketing account with MLB.com’s account services and is intended to make the ballpark experience easier for you. For the first time, you’ll be able to purchase, access, manage and scan your tickets using an MLB account.

If you already are logged in with your MLB account in either the MiLB app or the GreenJackets' website, any tickets you purchase automatically will be associated with your account for easy access.

With this change, do I need to create a new account to access my tickets?

You’ll now be able to access your tickets by creating an MLB account if you don’t already have one OR by logging in to an existing MLB account.

If you don't already have an MLB account and need to create one, please create a new account using the same email address as your previous ticketing account.
If you already have an MLB account that uses the same email address as your previous ticketing account, you should be able to log in with your MLB account credentials and seamlessly access your tickets.

How do I create a new account?

You can create an MLB account across any MiLB or MLB digital platform. When prompted on any login page on MiLB.com, MLB.com, or in the MiLB or MLB app, click “Sign up” to create a new account.

You should create a new account using the same email address as your previous ticketing account.

What if I don’t know whether I have an MLB account with my email?

The easiest way to figure out whether you have an MLB account is to try to sign up for a new account. Click sign up in any of the login pages on MLB or MiLB, or click here: https://www.mlb.com/registration?redirectUri=/

There are 2 outcomes in this flow:

The user doesn’t have an account with that email, so now they have created one.
The user does have an account with that email, and they will see this error message

This confirms that an MLB account exists with that email. If this user needs to reset their password, click here (or Need Help? on any login/signup flow)

Enter the email to reset the password. An email to reset the password should arrive within a couple of minutes.

Is a password reset required for this change?

If you have an MLB account with the same email address as the previous MPV account, and you know the MLB account password, you can use your MiLB account and MLB account password to log in without a reset.

So provided you use your MLB password, no reset is needed.

How do I access my tickets?

You can access and manage your tickets by logging into your MLB account online via [insert team] website or in the MiLB app.

For the easiest experience, we recommend you download the MiLB app, log in or create an MLB account, and follow your local team using the app’s onboarding flow.

From the team tab, click “My Tickets” under “Quick Links.” If already logged in, you’ll be able to directly access and manage your tickets. (Otherwise, you’ll be able to log in with your MLB account credentials or create an account as outlined above.)

You’ll only have to log in on the app or website one time. From there, we’ll remember your credentials for continued account access.

Who do I contact if I have an issue logging into my account?

If you forgot your MLB account password, you can reset it by clicking on the "Forgot Password?" option at the bottom of your login page or by selecting this page.

Who do I contact if I have an issue accessing my tickets once I’ve logged in?

Contact your Club’s ticketing office or ticketing representative directly.

How to Access Your Tickets

Step 1

Click the button below to access your "MyProVenue" webpage.

Enter the email address and password associated with your GreenJackets account. The email address you used to originally purchase your tickets is the same email you should use to log in.

If you do not know the email address associated with your account, contact the GreenJackets at (803) 349-9467.

Tap Reset Password if you are unable to remember your password or tap SIGN UP to create your account.

Step 2

Once logged in to your account, tap View Tickets to view your tickets for your event date or next game date. Tap View All Ticket Inventory to view tickets for all future gates.

Step 3

After selecting the event date or game day you are attending, a list of tickets for that date will appear. Tap on the specific tickets to view the barcode.

Step 4

After selecting the specific tickets, a barcode will appear. Please have this page visible on your phone when you approach the gate. Tap Next Ticket to scan barcodes on any additional tickets you may have.

You may also add these tickets to your wallet on your phone by selecting the button at the bottom of your screen.

How to Purchase Tickets

Step 1

To purchase GreenJackets Single Game Tickets, click the button below and select the game that you would like to attend.

Step 2

Select Seat Map and Press OK

Step 3

Select the Section that you would like to sit in.

Step 4

Select the seats that you would like to purchase. Then, press the small arrow button at the bottom of the screen.

Step 5

Review you seats and press continue.

Step 6

If this is your first-time purchasing tickets, click the SIGN UP button.

If you have purchased tickets previously, the email attached to your account is still active. Input that email and password to log in. If you cannot remember your password, select Reset Password and enter your email address. Follow the steps to set your new password and you will be signed in.

Step 7

Confirm the date and number of tickets in your cart are correct. Enter your payment information and select Place Order.

Step 8

View your tickets or refer to the confirmation email to view your tickets later. Email Confirmations will come from [email protected]. Tickets will also be accessible via your account.

How to Forward Your Tickets

Step 1

Go to MLB.Ticket.com by clicking the button below. Once logged into your account, tap View Tickets to view tickets for your next event/game or View All Ticket Inventory to view future games.

Step 2

Select the event/game date of the tickets you'd like to forward to a friend.

Step 3

Once you have selected an event or game, click on the Forward button at the bottom of the page.

Step 4

Select the tickets you would like to forward and click on the CHOOSE FRIEND button at the bottom of the page.

Step 5

Choose the friend who will receive your tickets or click ADD FRIEND at the bottom of the screen to add a new friend.

IMPORTANT: Make sure to use the FRIENDS email address associated with THEIR MyProVenue Ticket Account (i.e: if they've purchased GreenJackets Tickets online from GreenJacketsBaseball.com, they will have an account). If they HAVE NOT purchased tickets at GreenJacketsBaseball.com before, they will need to create an account using the SAME EMAIL ADDRESS you inputted for forwarding. So, make sure to doublecheck their preferred email before forwarding tickets.

Step 6

Once you have a selected a friend, hit the FORWARD TICKETS button at the bottom of the screen.
