Parking

Pay for Parking at the Stadium Deck

  • Stadium Deck & Hotel Deck is $6 per vehicle
  • Center St. Deck is $5

  • Signage is posted in the parking garage regarding our Clear Bag Policy before heading to the ballpark.

Street Parking is not available during GreenJackets Games and Events. Fees may vary for Street Parking.

Cashless Policy

Cashless Payments: SRP Park is a cashless facility. Transactions at the concession stands, the Hive Pro Shop, the Wellstar MCG Health Kids Zone, and Parking Decks will be cashless. All major credit and debit cards along with Apple Pay, Google Pay and mobile transactions will be accepted.

Converting Cash: In the event that you only have cash, fans can convert cash to a Loaded Value on your game ticket at the SRP Park Box Office and the Advance Ticket Window inside the Hive Pro Shop. Loaded Value can be spent at any SRP Park concession stand, merchandise stands, and Kids Zone.

Clear Bag Policy

SRP Park has a Clear Bag Policy. Approved Bags allowed into the ballpark include:

  • Diaper Bags (bag will need to be searched and tagged upon entry)
  • Clear Backpacks
  • 1-Gallon Plastic Freezer Bag
  • Clutch with Shoulder Strap
  • Clutch with Wrist Strap (no larger than 4.5" x 6.5")

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I get a message put on the scoreboard?
To have a birthday or special message displayed on the Main Videoboard, please fill out a form at Guest Services (located on the main concourse) before the 6th inning. Videoboard Messages and PA Announcements are $10 per message. For more information, please call (803) 349-Wins (9467).

Do babies or small children require a ticket?
Guests 4-12 receive a discount on their ticket, to purchase a Child ticket, please call (803) 349-9467 to purchase a Child ticket. Guests ages three and under free and expected to sit on the lap of a parent/guardian. Guests ages four and older are required a regular ticket. During a GreenJackets home game, all lost children will be taken to the Guest Services, located at the Main Gate.

If a game is rained out, can I exchange my ticket for a ticket to another game?
In the event that five (5) innings of the game are not played, except when GreenJackets are in the lead at the end of four (4) innings, (details on ticket policy will be available via local media or at the GreenJackets website), the ticket will be good for any of the remaining games in that season (except for fireworks nights) for equal of lesser value, subject to availability, and are non-refundable. If exchanging for a higher priced ticket or a prime date, an upgrade fee may apply. Rain checks are subject to availability and all service charges or differences in value are non-refundable. Rain Check tickets must be redeemed in person at the Box Office. If a rainout ticket is forwarded electronically, the first ticket to be redeemed in person will be honored. Complimentary Tickets may not be exchanged under any circumstances. Season Seat Holders have the right to exchange their unused season tickets for select GreenJackets home games. Season seat holders will be notified of these select games at least one month in advance. For more information, call (803) 349-WINS (9467).

What time do stadium gates open?
Gates normally open 60 minutes prior to the scheduled start time, 90 minutes on Saturdays.

Rules

Food and Drink Policy
Per Low-A East rules, no outside food or drink is allowed to be brought into the stadium.

**Items Not Permitted to Be Brought Into the Ballpark
**Illegal drugs, outside food and beverages, backpacks, fireworks, firearms or other weapons, airhorns, skateboards, roller skates, stools or folding chairs, fishing nets, laser pointers, professional recording devices of any kind, and animals (except certified service dogs for guests with disabilities).

**ATM
**SRP Park has one ATM in the Hive Pro Shop, located off the concourse behind home plate.

Conduct
Guests using foul or abusive language, or appearing in an intoxicated state, will be ejected. Fans that enter the playing field or interfere with play will be ejected from SRP Park and subject to arrest.

Dogs
Service Dogs are only allowed on non-Bark in the Park games. Dogs are welcome to SRP Park on Bark in the Park Nights. Dogs must be on a leash at all times.

Lost & Found

Lost & Found items are taken to the SRP Park Guest Services during games. During non-game hours, guests may contact the GreenJackets administration office at (803) 349-WINS (9467) to inquire about lost & found items. Unclaimed items are donated to a local charity at the end of the season.

Lost ChildParents should report a lost child to a representative at the SRP Park Guest Services, on the concourse behind home plate. A GreenJackets customer service representative will contact security immediately.

Paging
Paging for guests in the ballpark will only be done in an emergency. If you need paging service, contact a GreenJackets representative at the SRP Park Guest Services, on the concourse behind home plate.

Emergency Services
Medical assistance and emergency services are located at the Gold Cross First Aid Room, behind the home dugout on the 3rd base side of the concourse.

Smoking Policy
There is no smoking within the seating bowl and concourse of the ballpark. In consideration of all guests, SRP Park has 2 designated smoking areas located on each level of the ballpark. Main Concourse level smoking is allowed in the designated area by left field located next to the Budweiser Back Nine Bar & Lounge. Club level smoking is allowed in the designated area outside of the WOW! Club in the Dalzell Roof Terrace. Smoking includes, but is not limited to cigarettes, cigars, e-cigarettes and vapor mechanisms.

Handicap Seating
Accessible seating is reserved for guests with access requirements and their companions. Guests requiring accessible seating may purchase one (1) accessible seat and up to two (2) companion seats adjacent to the accessible seat. Depending upon availability, seats for additional guests will be located as close as possible to the accessible space. SRP Park is committed to working with guests on a case-by-case basis to adequately accommodate individual needs. All ticket sales are based on availability. SRP Park is fully accessible. A ramp is provided at the Main Gate, and an elevator is located just inside the WOW! Club entrance to take patrons to the Suites and WOW! Club.

At The Ballpark

Digital Tickets

  • All fans are encouraged to use our digital ticketing option. Have your tickets sent directly to your phone and enter the ballpark through our touchless ticket scanners, which will allow guests to enter the stadium faster and safer.
  • Fans can have their tickets scanned from their smart phone or print out a copy at home to be scanned. You can access your tickets via the email that was sent to you from "ORDER TRACKING"
  • We encourage fans to have their tickets ready before approaching the SRP Park Gates. Our Ticket Takers and Box Office Attendants are happy to assist if you have questions
  • Kids three and under do not need a ticket. You will be given a ticket at the gate for them

SRP Park Rules

Here are some rules before arriving to SRP Park including our re-entry policy, prohibited items, etc.

  • Outside Food & Beverage are not permitted as per Carolina League rules and Event Management
  • Re-Entry is not allowed
  • Please be aware of flying objects leaving the field of play
  • Pets are prohibited (except service animals)
  • Umbrellas are prohibited. Ponchos are available for purchase in the Hive Pro Shop
  • Containers larger than 16 x 16 x 8 inches
  • Beach balls and other inflatables
  • Glass bottles
  • Fireworks
  • Firearms or other weapons (e.g., knives)
  • Laser devices and pointers
  • Skateboards and rollerblades
  • Toy guns and knives (including water guns) Sticks and clubs
  • Unmanned aerial vehicles.

Fan Code of Conduct

In order to provide a welcoming experience for all, Augusta GreenJackets. Here have implemented a Fan Code of Conduct. Out of respect for fellow guests, players, coaches, and ballpark staff, all guests are prohibited from:

  • Trespassing on the playing field at any time;
  • Interfering with baseballs that are in play;
  • Throwing or tossing objects;
  • Using foul, obscene or derogatory language (see below) or gestures;
  • Misusing or overconsuming alcohol, including, underage consumption;
  • Behaving in a manner that is disruptive, unruly, or abusive;
  • Accessing areas of the ballpark without a proper ticket, pass, or credential;
  • Misusing tickets, passes, or credentials in any way; or
  • Bringing prohibited items into the ballpark.

Derogatory language is defined as offensive language concerning a person’s race, ethnicity, gender, religion, disability, age, sexual orientation, or national origin, and anyone using such language is subject to automatic ejection from the ballpark.

Violations of the Fan Code of Conduct will not be tolerated and may lead to ejection from the ballpark, a ban on attending future games, or other consequences. Guests who are found to have used derogatory language will be ejected from the ballpark.

Guests are encouraged to report violations of the Fan Code of Conduct to the nearest ballpark staff member. This can be done in person, at the nearest Guest Services tent, located at the Main Gate, directly with Ballpark Security, by telling the North Augusta Public Safety Officer(s) onsite, calling the Stadium Security Office at 803-349-9432, or by emailing [email protected].

Autographs

Players may sign autographs before or after the games, not during, at their own discretion. Please be respectful to our players as they prepare for the game. Fans are not allowed onto the field for photos and autographs unless otherwise directed by a GreenJackets Staff Member.
