GreenJackets Announce Guns & Hoses Night

Augusta, GA - The Augusta GreenJackets, Single-A affiliate of the San Francisco Giants, have announced the Inaugural Guns & Hoses Night as a part of the festivities on Saturday, June 4th at Lake Olmstead Stadium. Guns & Hoses night will feature a charity softball game between local firefighters and police, with gates opening at 4pm and first pitch for the softball game taking place at 4:15pm.

Following the Guns & Hoses Softball Game the GreenJackets will face the West Virginia Power with first pitch slated for 6:05pm. The Clown Prince of Baseball himself, Myron Noodleman will make an appearance and it is Boy Scout Night, with a sleepover on the field following the game. Kids will be able to run the bases after the game.

"The GreenJackets are excited to host this inaugural event in partnership with the Police Benevolent Foundation and the Southeastern Firefighters Burn Foundation," stated GreenJackets General Manager Tom Denlinger. "In 2016 we are committed to 70 action packed nights and promotions and this day will feature something for everyone."
