LOUISVILLE, Ky. - Single game tickets for the 2014 Louisville Bats season, including the exhibition game with the Cincinnati Reds on March 29 and Thunder Over Louisville on April 12, will go on sale on Friday, November 1 at 10 a.m.
Tickets will be available at the Louisville Slugger Field box office, online at batsbaseball.com/singlegametickets or by calling the ticket office directly at 1-855-228-8497. Tickets to all regular home games range from $7 to $12 (excludes the Reds exhibition and Thunder). Regular hours for the Bats' ticket office are Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Fans purchasing online have the ability to choose specific seats for individual games and print their tickets at home for no additional charge.
The Reds' visit on Saturday, March 29 marks their first trip to Louisville Slugger Field since a 2005 exhibition against the Toronto Blue Jays. Tickets for the game range from $14 for outfield reserved seats to $25 for infield and club level seats. The Bats will open their 2014 regular season campaign with three games each in Toledo and Columbus starting Friday, April 4. The team then begins their home schedule on Thursday, April 10 against Columbus with the first of 11 $1 Budweiser beer happy hours of the year.
First pitch for Thunder Over Louisville on Saturday, April 12 will be at 2:05 p.m. against Columbus. Gates will open at noon and fans purchasing tickets will have all-day access to Louisville Slugger Field amenities, concessions and restrooms. Thunder tickets range in price from $20 for lawn seats to $35 for first base field reserved seats. Thunder fireworks are best viewed from the first base field reserved seats. The 2014 season will mark both the Bats' 15th season at Louisville Slugger Field and their 15th season as the top affiliate of the Reds.
