When do the Gates open?
Generally speaking, Sahlen Field gates open one hour before the scheduled start time of the game. Check out our Group Outings page. There, you can start building the perfect group outing in any of the ballpark's great party areas like Game Day Rental Suites, the Bully Hill Party Deck, the Labbat Blue Zone, the Centerfield Pavilion.
How do I make sure I get a giveaway item?
On giveaway days, you should enter the the Inspire Dental Gate at Swan St. There, you will receive a voucher for the day's giveaway (while supplies last), which you'll be able to redeem at One Celery Place in the main concourse for the event's item. Because there is no re-entry to the ballpark once your ticket is scanned, it is imperative that you do not enter through another gate if you wish to receive a giveaway. As a reminder, all giveaways are while supplies last.
I lost my ticket? How can I get one re-printed?
If you misplaced your tickets, or forget to bring your tickets to a game, you may obtain a special duplicate ticket by visiting the Sahlen Field Box Office, located on the Swan St. side of the ballpark. Your tickets will be reprinted by paying the face value of your tickets. The next time you come to a game, bring the tickets you misplaced or forgot and you will be reimbursed the amount you paid to have your tickets reprinted.
What seating options are there for physically disabled fans?
There are reserved wheelchair spaces located on the Main level, in Row W of Sections 100-114 and 123-134. Because of the limited seating availability in these specified areas, only one escort is allowed to accompany each wheelchair-bound fan. Additional seating can be purchased nearby. Guest Relations has two wheelchairs available for use in transporting fans.
What are 'Special Event' games?
Every Bisons home game has a promotion or a theme tied into it to help make your experience unforgettable.. However, the term 'Special Event' refers to a game that has its only indepedent ticket price. For example, the KeyBank Independence Eve Celebration with the BPO is a Bisons 'Special Event' game. Because of this, unused flex tickets and tickets from postponed games cannot be redeemed for a 'Special Event' game.
At this time, the July 3rd BPO game is the Bisons only scheduled 'Special Event' game.
