Fajita Festival - 2026
Join us at HODGETOWN on Friday, May 1 for the 2026 edition of the Cinco de Mayo Fajita Festival!
What: A fajita cooking competition that allows where teams partner up to create the best-tasting fajitas. Each team is provided fajita meat, vegetables, and tortillas for the competition and for the community to taste and enjoy the scent of sizzling fajitas.
When: Friday, May 1 | 5:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.
