THE HOMESTAND:

PLAYOFF TICKETS ON SALE: A limited number of playoff tickets are available for $5 in the grass berm or $10 in reserved seats. Each of these special tickets include a matching number of Deuce Dollars that are good for concession or merchandise items at Dr Pepper Ballpark. That's right, if you buy a $5 or $10 ticket, you get $5 or $10 in Deuce Dollars to match.

The 'Riders will host playoff games Friday, September 9, and Saturday, September 10. Both games start at 7:00 p.m. A fireworks show will follow Friday's game.
THE MATCHUP: The RoughRiders have owned the RockHounds throughout the 2011 season. Frisco boasts a 16-9 mark against Midland overall and a 7-4 record at Dr Pepper Ballpark against their rivals from the Permian Basin.
Midland did not qualify for the postseason for the first time since 2008. The RockHounds won the Texas League title in '09. Last year, they ousted the 'Riders from the playoffs before losing to Northwest Arkansas in the championship series.
SPECIAL MOMENTS: Saturday night, the RoughRiders will feature their final "Home Run for Life" in the middle of the third inning. This special ceremony is made possible by the The Heart Hospital Baylor Plano. In the series finale Monday, there will be a pre-game induction ceremony for new military enlistees.
