June 10, 2013

MIDLAND, TEXAS (JUNE 10, 2013) - Frisco RoughRiders relief pitcher Ryan Rodebaugh has been promoted to Triple-A Round Rock on Monday. There is no corresponding roster move at this time.

Rodebaugh, 24, has spent the last two seasons exclusively with the RoughRiders. This year he was 1-1 with a 3.18 ERA in 20 appearances, including one start, and the right-hander also collected two saves. In 34 innings Rodebaugh scattered 21 hits, fanned 41 and walked just 13, including three intentionally. Between April 15 and May 2, Rodebaugh posted six consecutive scoreless outings over a span of 13 innings. Drafted in the 15th round in 2010, Rodebaugh earns his first promotion to Triple-A of his career. His last 57 outings have all come with the RoughRiders.

Frisco's roster is now at 23 active players, two below the Texas League limit.
