A

ACCESSIBLE SERVICES
Assistive listening systems for fans with hearing impairments are available for checkout at the Guest Services area, located on the 1st base concourse. Wheelchair escorts are available at any gate by contacting security personnel or a ticket taker. Parking is available in the East, West and Media Lots. A current disability parking placard is required to park in these reserved spots.

ACCESSIBILITY
Dow Diamond meets or exceeds all requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). If you need assistance or have any questions regarding accessibility issues, please contact a Loons staff member.

ADVANCE TICKET WINDOW
The Loons advance ticket window is located on the concourse, near guest services. At the advance ticket window, guests can purchase tickets to future games and learn about ticket package and group outing opportunities.

ADVERTISING
For information regarding Loons radio, signage, print, online, in-stadium advertising and promotional opportunities, please contact Brandon Loker at 989.837.6159 or [email protected].

ALCOHOL MANAGEMENT
No alcoholic beverages may be brought into Dow Diamond. Michigan law prohibits the sale of alcoholic beverages to persons under the age of 21. Therefore, guests will be required to show proper identification and proof of age when purchasing or consuming alcoholic beverages at Dow Diamond. All sales of alcohol will cease at the beginning of the 8th inning (sales may be cut off earlier at the discretion of Dow Diamond management). Only two alcoholic beverages are allowed per person, per purchase. Guests may not take any alcoholic beverages out of the ballpark. Alcohol consumption is prohibited in the parking lots.

ANIMALS
Guide Dogs and/or Assistance Dogs are welcome into Dow Diamond. No other animals are permitted, except for on our Wednesday Paws & Claws games.

AUTOGRAPH AREA
For health and safety reasons, player autographed are not permitted for 2021.

AUTOMOBILE TROUBLE
Guests who experience automobile trouble in any parking area may contact the lot attendant or the Loons office for assistance. Dow Diamond staff is available to help with lock outs, jump starts and other needs. If further assistance is required, we can assist with contacting local service stations.

BABY CHANGING TABLES
Baby changing tables are located in all restrooms throughout Dow Diamond, and in our Mom E.'s Room, located in Guest Services.

BACKPACKS/BAGS/PURSES
Fans are encouraged to leave backpacks, bags and purses at home in an effort to provide contactless service at Dow Diamond entry gates. Fans desiring to bring a bag or purse into Dow Diamond will have their bag subjected to a security search prior to entering the ballpark.

BANNERS
For the enjoyment of all Dow Diamond guests, banners and other signs are prohibited.

BATTING PRACTICE
Batting practice times vary based on home and visiting team schedules. On most days, batting practice will conclude prior to the opening of the Dow Diamond gates (1 hour before game time). Call the Great Lakes Loons ticket office at 989.837.2255 to see how you can watch batting practice.

BOOSTER SEATS
Booster Seats for game use are available through your section leader and at Guest Services.

CAMERAS/VIDEO
Guests are welcome to bring still and video cameras into Dow Diamond and may take pictures from their seats during the game. Guests are requested to not stand in aisles or obstruct others from viewing the game while taking pictures. Tripods are not permitted in the stadium.

CHILDREN
Children two years old and under who share a seat with an accompanying adult are admitted free of charge. To assist in the event of a lost child, all children can receive a wrist band at Guest Services with their seat location and parent name. Guest Services is located on the first base side of the main concourse.

CONCESSIONS
Dow Diamond offers a variety of concessions items for all tastes. In addition to hot dogs, peanuts and other traditional ballpark favorites, the menu includes many specialty food items. Carts located throughout the stadium offer specialty sausages, Philly cheese steaks, Mexican entrees, and many other delicious items.

COOLERS/CONTAINERS/FOOD/DRINKS
In accordance with Minor League Baseball and Midwest League guidelines, outside food, beverages and containers are prohibited from Dow Diamond. Exceptions will be allowed for infants and for those people with special dietary needs. All bags are subject to search.

DIAPER BAGS
Diaper bags are permitted into Dow Diamond. All bags are searched prior to entry.

DOW DIAMOND ALL-STARS
The Dow Diamond All-Star program creates an opportunity for Loons fans and supporters to directly contribute to the Michigan Baseball Foundation for improvements to Dow Diamond. All contributions are tax deductible. Please visit michiganbaseballfoundation.org for more information.

ELEVATORS
Elevators are located at both Dow Diamond entry gates.

EMERGENCY PROCEDURES
If there is any type of emergency situation that might cause a delay of the game or an evacuation of Dow Diamond, please direct your attention to the scoreboard and listen for announcements on the public address system. Dow Diamond event staff will also provide direction in an emergency situation. Guests with special needs should contact the nearest Dow Diamond event staff member for assistance.

FAMILY RESTROOMS

For your convenience, there are family restrooms located behind Sections 104 and 111. There is also a family restroom provided in the suite lobby.

FAN INTERFERENCE
For the safety and enjoyment of all guests and players, interference with a ball in play or trespassing onto the playing field is prohibited.

FAN MAIL
Loons players welcome all fan mail and will make every effort to answer all letters, however, due to the volume of such it may be impossible to respond to everyone. Please include a self-addressed, stamped envelope. Letters to Loons players should be addressed to the player c/o Great Lakes Loons; 825 E. Main St; Midland, MI 48640. Please keep in mind that there is some risk involved in mailing an item to either the Loons or to a player. Though reasonable precautions will be taken, the Loons players, management and staff are not responsible if an item is not returned.

FEAST FRIDAYS, PRESENTED BY ISABELLA BANK
Each Friday home game will feature a variety of food specials, all priced between $1 and $5.

FIRST AID
The MyMichigan Health First Aid Station is located at Guest Services on the first base side of the main concourse. If immediate medical attention is required, please contact the nearest Dow Diamond event staff member for assistance.

FOUL BALLS (and other flying objects)
All guests should be aware of foul balls and other flying objects leaving the playing field. Guests are welcome to keep any foul ball hit into the stands. At no time should a foul or home run ball be thrown back onto the field. Batters may occasionally lose control of baseball bats, which can enter the stands. These bats are not souvenirs and must be returned to the player. Please pay attention to the action on the field at all times.

GATES OPEN
Dow Diamond's gates open one hour prior to first pitch unless otherwise advertised.

GIFT CARDS
Loons gift cards are available in any amount over $10 and may be used to purchase tickets, food, or souvenirs. Gift cards can be purchased at the Loon Loft or Ticket Office.

GROUP OUTINGS
Group outings with the Loons are perfect for corporate events, church groups, team functions, birthday parties, and more. Groups of 20 or more receive multiple benefits when attending a game. Benefits include scoreboard recognition, preferred seating as a group, and a group leader information kit to help promote the event. GUEST CONDUCT
Dow Diamond and the Loons provide all guests with a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable atmosphere. Therefore, we have established the following guidelines for expected guest conduct:

- Guests are not permitted to interfere with other guests' ability to enjoy the game;
- Obscene or indecent clothing is not allowed on stadium property;
- Foul or abusive language or gestures are not allowed on stadium property;
- Sitting in seats for which guests are not properly ticketed is prohibited.

Those observing other guests violating the Loons' policies should report the incident to the nearest Dow Diamond event staff member.

GUEST COURTESY
For the comfort and enjoyment of everyone, the Loons encourage all guests to be courteous and restrict movement in the seating areas during play. When returning to your seat, please wait for a break in the action before entering the aisles.

GUEST SERVICES
Guest Services is located on the first base side of the main concourse. Guest Service representatives are available to help with a variety of concerns, including lost children, first aid needs and other general questions or inquiries. In addition, Guest Services is the place to sign up for Loons promotional activities and contests.

HEALTHY FOOD OPTIONS PRESENTED BY MYMICHIGAN HEALTH
MyMichigan Health is pleased to feature a variety of Healthy Options menu items throughout Dow Diamond concessions stands. These items are marked on menu signs with the Healthy Options check mark.

HEARING IMPAIRED
For our guests that are hearing impaired, we offer Assisted Listening Devices (ALD) that will allow these guests to listen to the game while enjoying the ballpark atmosphere. They are available for loan, free of charge, at Guest Services located on the first base side of the main concourse. In addition, the scoreboard displays pre-game ceremony information, national anthem participants, lineup changes, public announcements, and other information.

KIDS I.D. WRISTBANDS
To assist in the event of a lost child, the Loons offer wristbands upon which a child's seating location and parent name is recorded. The wristbands are available at Guest Services, located on the first base side of the main concourse.

KIDS RUN THE BASES
Kids Run the Bases offers children (14 and under) the opportunity to run the bases after all Sunday home games. Listen to the public address announcer for specific directions on the Kids Run the Bases.

LASORDA'S LANDING, PRESENTED BY AHP

Lasorda's Landing presented by AHP, located on the suite level, is the perfect upscale venue for group outings ranging from 40 to 100 guests. Groups will receive exclusive use of Lasorda's Landing for the game and have multiple catering options. LAWN SEATING
Dow Diamond includes several lawn seating areas. Blankets and some types of small chairs are permitted. For the safety and enjoyment of all guests, Loons event staff reserve the right to prohibit certain types of chairs and direct chair placement in certain locations. Specifically, chairs are prohibited on all concrete walkways.

LOON LOFT TEAM STORE
The Loons official team store, the Loon Loft, is open during every home game to ticket holders (hours vary based on season). The Loon Loft is open 24 hours a day online. Please call 989.837.6179 with any questions.

LOS ANGELES DODGERS
The Great Lakes Loons are the High-A partner of the Los Angeles Dodgers. All players and coaches are assigned to the Loons by the Dodgers as they strive to make the Major Leagues. The stops on the Dodgers 'Road to the Show' include:

Items may be turned in or claimed at Guest Services located on the first base side of the main concourse. To inquire about items lost after game day, please contact the Loons office at 989.837.2255. Lost and found items will be donated to charity after 30 days.

LOST CHILDREN
All Dow Diamond event staff will help in locating a lost child. Adults looking for lost children should go to Guest Services located on the first base side of the main concourse.

LOST OR STOLEN TICKETS
In some cases, lost or stolen tickets can be re-printed. For more information, please contact the Loons Ticket Office.

LOU E's LOOKOUT
Lou E's Lookout, presented by MyMichigan Health, features play equipment and activities for kids of all ages. In addition, a variety of children's entertainment will be presented at Lou E.'s Lookout throughout the season. Lou E's Lookout is located on the right field side of the main concourse. Supervision of children is required.

LOU E. LOON
The Loons fun-loving-mascot, Lou E. Loon, is the official ambassador of the Great Lakes Loons. Lou E. loves to greet and entertain his friends every night at Dow Diamond. Lou E. Loon and Lou E.'s Lookout are proudly presented by MyMichigan Health.

MICHIGAN BASEBALL FOUNDATION
Dow Diamond is owned by the Michigan Baseball Foundation. The Michigan Baseball Foundation, a Michigan non-profit public charity, supports regional youth organizations and economic development through creative partnerships and grants by operating Dow Diamond, one of the finest minor league baseball facilities in the nation. MOBILITY IMPAIRED SEATING

MOM E.'s ROOM
For your convenience, we provide a private room for nursing mothers and parents with babies in the Guest Services area. This room also has a baby changing station.

NATIONAL ANTHEM PERFORMERS

Guests interested in performing the National Anthem before a home game should send a demo CD, DVD or tape (audio or video) with a contact name and a daytime phone number to: Great Lakes Loons, RE: National Anthem, 825 East Main, Midland, MI 48640. Tapes will not be returned. Auditions are typically held in February prior to the start of the season.

NIGHTLY SUITE RENTALS, PRESENTED BY SERRA LEXUS LANSING
Dow Diamond suites are the perfect setting for your next special event. Three Dow Diamond suites are available for single-game rentals. The suite rental includes 20 tickets to the game and exclusive use of the suite. For more information and to reserve space for your group, please contact the Loons office.

NORTHERN LIGHTS PAVILION, PRESENTED BY DOW CREDIT UNION
Groups of 50-500 can enjoy Loons baseball from the Northern Lights Pavilion presented by Dow Credit Union, located on the third base line. Tickets to the Northern Lights Pavilion include table and chair seating, along with food and beverage offerings. For more information and to reserve space for your group, please contact the Loons office.

OFFICIAL GAME
A game is considered official after 4 1/2 innings have been completed if the Loons are in the lead, 5 innings if the Loons are losing at the time of the delay. (See also RAIN CHECKS, RAIN DELAYS)

PARKING

There are numerous parking options available when attending a Loons home game or special event at Dow Diamond. There are approximately 700 parking spaces available on-site at Dow Diamond for $5 per space. There are an additional 2,000 spaces in the immediate vicinity at local businesses and public parking lots.

PIER 47, PRESENTED BY APPLIED INNOVATION
Pier 47, presented by Applied Innovation, is an exclusive group area located on the 1st base concourse level. Groups will enjoy 24 tickets and a group welcome with meal options available. For more information and to reserve space for your group, please contact the Loons ticket office.

PUBLIC ADDRESS MESSAGES
Dow Diamond and the Loons are happy to announce birthday and anniversary greetings on the public address system each night. Guests are welcome to submit these messages to the Loons office at least one day before a game. Except in the case of emergencies, we cannot page guests over the public address system. Contact the Loons ticket office for birthday and anniversary requests.

RADIO BROADCASTS
Listen to Brad Tunney and John Vicari broadcast all regular season Loons games on the Loons flagship station, Sports Radio 100.9 The Mitt. Game broadcasts are also available over the internet at loons.com.

RAIN CHECKS
Rainout and unplayed games due to inclement weather are an inevitable part of outdoor baseball. Valid rain checks may be exchanged for a ticket of equal or lesser value to any regular season Loons home game (subject to availability and group ticket policies). Specific information regarding any canceled game is available by calling the Loons office at 989.837.2255, or by visiting Loons.com.

In the event an official game is not played, the following rain check policy will apply:

Valid rain checks may be exchanged in person at the Great Lakes Loons Ticket Office or any game day ticket window. Exchanges may also be made by mailing your rain check to the Great Lakes Loons Ticket Department, 825 E. Main St., Midland, MI 48640. Include your name, address, phone number, and requested game date. Please allow 10 days for mailing.

RAIN DELAYS
According to the rules of Minor League Baseball; the home team is the sole judge as to conditions of the playing field, prior to the start of the game. The umpire-in-chief shall be the sole judge as to whether and when play shall be suspended during a game because of unsuitable weather conditions or the unfit condition of the playing field; as to whether and when play shall be resumed after such suspension; and as to whether and when a game shall be terminated after such suspension. The umpire-in-chief shall not call the game until at least 30 minutes after he has suspended play, and may continue the suspension as long as he believes there is a chance to resume play. The umpire-in-chief shall at all times try to complete a game. The umpire-in-chief's authority to resume play following one or more suspensions of as much as 30 minutes each shall be absolute, and the umpire-in-chief shall terminate a game only when there appears to be no reasonable possibility of completing the ballgame. If a game is postponed or not played because of inclement weather or other reason, rain checks may be exchanged for any regular-season game (subject to availability) either by mail or in person at the Dow Diamond Ticket Office. RE-ENTRY GATES
Guests are permitted to exit and re-enter Dow Diamond at both stadium entrances. Guests will need their ticket for both and will have their hand stamped by a ticket taker.

SEASON TICKETS

The Loons offer a full menu of ticket packages ranging from 5 games to all home games. Ticket packages are the best way to secure the best seats to the best games. For more information, please call the Loons office at 989.837.BALL.

SHORELINE BOX, PRESENTED BY MOLASSES
The Shoreline Box, presented by Molasses, is a private group area located at field level on the third base side. It includes 16 tickets and a group welcome, with meal options available.

SMOKE-FREE FACILITY
Dow Diamond is a smoke-free facility. Smoking (including e-cigarettes) is prohibited in all areas inside the gates of the stadium and within a reasonable distance from all stadium entrances and ticket offices.

SPECIAL EVENTS
Dow Diamond is the perfect venue for concerts, trade shows, business meetings, wedding receptions, corporate outings, and more. Dow Diamond is available 12 months of the year and features a 4,000 square foot suite lobby and 15,000 square foot main concourse area. SPRING TRAINING

SPORTS RADIO 100.9 THE MITT
Sports Radio 100.9 The Mitt is the only local sports network in the Great Lakes Bay Region and is the radio home of High School Sports. All Loons games are broadcast on 100.9 The Mitt. Studios are located on the suite level of Dow Diamond. Sports Radio 100.9 The Mitt is a non-profit station.

STROLLERS/BABY CARRIERS
Strollers and baby/infant carriers are permitted in Dow Diamond. If you wish, you may store your stroller during the game at Guest Services.

SUGGESTIONS

TELEPHONES

There are no pay telephones at Dow Diamond. If you need to make a phone call, courtesy phones are available at Guest Services located on the first base side of the main concourse.

THE PENINSULA, PRESENTED BY NILES INDUSTRIAL COATINGS
The Peninsula is a group area located in right field. Peninsula packages include 24 tickets, with tables of 4 seats. The booking includes one-hour early entry to Dow Diamond and ability to watch team batting practice. When purchased as a group, you will receive a group welcome. For more information and to reserve space for your group, contact the Loons ticket office.

TICKET UPGRADE POLICY
Based on availability, previously purchased lawn tickets may be upgraded to reserved box tickets on game day at the Dow Diamond Ticket Office. For fans already inside the stadium, the same service is available at the Guest Services window located on the first base line. Cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express are accepted.

TOURS
The Loons are pleased to offer tours of Dow Diamond for a variety of groups. Availability of tours will be based on stadium and staff availability, as well as current health and safety guidelines. To inquire about tours, please contact the Loons office at 989.837.2255.

TRI-STAR TRUST CLUB
The Tri-Star Trust Club offers 28 full-season ticket opportunities, single-game table reservations, a full-service bar for Loons games and other special events, and fully retractable glass doors offering an open-air stadium experience.

TRYOUTS
The Loons do not offer open tryouts for the team. All of the players on the Loons are scouted, recruited, and signed to contracts by our Major League partner, the Los Angeles Dodgers. The Major League Scouting Bureau conducts tryout camps around the country and can be reached at (909) 980-1881 for tryout information.

UMBRELLAS
Umbrellas are allowed in Dow Diamond for Loons games. For the comfort and clear viewing of all guests, it is requested that those using umbrellas be considerate of those around them. Please check with the ticket office for all other events.

VENDING/LEAFLETING

Vending, product sampling, and campaigning are prohibited on Dow Diamond property.

VISUALLY IMPAIRED
Transistor radios are available at Guest Services located on the first base side of the concourse. These are used for tuning into Sports Radio 100.9 The Mitt to listen to the live game broadcast.

W

WATER FOUNTAINS/ WATER

Water fountains are temporarily unavailable for health and safety considerations. Free water is available at concession stands and at the Bottle Refill Station located behind section 111.

WHEELCHAIRS
Wheelchairs are available at each gate for transportation to the seating areas. If necessary, the Loons will provide a person to assist the patron with the wheelchair. Please keep in mind that these wheelchairs are available for transportation to and from the seating areas but not for general use during the game. There are a limited number of wheelchairs, so please allow adequate time if one is required.
