Celebrity Hitting Challenge Scorecard, Lineups

Here is a preview of the June 17th Celebrity Hitting Challenge at FirstEnergy Park. The event, presented by Kimball and Community Medical Centers of Barnabas Health, OceanFirst Bank, and Shore Point Distributing, takes place the day before the 54th South Atlantic League All-Star Game, also at FirstEnergy Park.

There will be targets all over the field, and an 8-foot high net along the infield, in front of a VIP area (more here, includes food and drink).

Any ball in play is worth five points. A ball in play that does not clear the net is worth five points. A ball into the first half of the outfield is worth 10, while a ball in the back-half of the outfield is worth 20. Any ball that clears the outfield wall is worth 50.

There will also be targets scattered throughout the field, including surfboards, oversized boardwalk tokens, torps, lifeguard charirs, a boat, and more. Any ball that hits a target is worth double.
