JERSEY SHORE, NJ - Joan Adon threw six scoreless innings as Wilmington blanked the BlueClaws 2-0 at FirstEnergy Park on Friday night.

Wilmington (17-15) has taken two of three in this series and seven of nine from the BlueClaws (14-18) this year.

Andrew Pratt homered in the third to open the scoring, his third home run of the season. Pratt's homer was the lone run allowed by BlueClaws starter Ethan Lindow (0-1), who gave up one run over 4.2 innings with no walks and five strikeouts in his first start with the BlueClaws this season.

Wilmington got a second run in the eighth off reliever Noah Skirrow when a wild pitch with two outs allowed Gilbert Lara to come home from third and make the score 2-0.

Adon, meanwhile, struck out eight, allowing just three hits and two walks to improve to 2-1 on the season.

Noah Skirrow gave up two hits and one unearned run over four innings in relief for Jersey Shore.
