JERSEY SHORE, NJ - The team released the following statement in regards to the ballpark mask policy:

We are clearly in a very dynamic environment with guidelines changing rapidly. In order to avoid confusion and in anticipation of additional positive news coming over the next several weeks, we will presently continue our current policy requiring masks to be worn by fans unless they're actively eating or drinking in their assigned seating location.

We are hopeful that as we approach Memorial Day, additional positive news will come from the state and venues like FirstEnergy Park will be permitted to operate at full capacity with dramatically reduced or eliminated social distancing requirements.

The BlueClaws will continue to seat fans in seating bowl pods of two through six for the time being. Additionally, fans can reserve private Lawn Pods on right and left field grass berms just above the outfield wall. Finally, the team has both picnic and high-top tables available for fans throughout the concourse.

"Buffer Zones," lower rows near the dugouts and bullpens that had been blocked off, will be re-opened up for fans shortly and in a socially-distant manner, per updated Major League Baseball policy.

The BlueClaws have 54 home games remaining this year, including six next week beginning on Tuesday night. Tickets for all remaining home games are on sale by clicking here.

Every BlueClaws Thursday home game is Thirsty Thursday, featuring $2 Coors & Coors Light cans both in the Sand Bar and concourse-wide. Fridays are fireworks Fridays with a post-game show. The team's next Friday game, on May 21st, is Irish Heritage Night, presented by New Jersey Natural Gas, and includes an Irish-themed cap giveaway for the first 1,500 fans, plus live music from The Snakes in the Sand Bar from 6:15 to 8:30 pm.

Sundays are Kids Days, where Kids Club members eat free thanks to Sabrett. Registration for the free BlueClaws Kids Club, presented by Jenkinson's Boardwalk and Sunny Days Sunshine Center, can be made at BlueClaws.com/KidsClub.

Finally, Kids Run the Bases, presented by RWJBarnabas Health, follows every BlueClaws home game this summer.

The BlueClaws are in their first season as the Jersey Shore BlueClaws following an October re-brand.
