As we prepare for the 2021 season, please know that the health and safety of our fans, players and employees remain our top priority. We are continually working with state and local officials to ensure a safe environment when we reopen the gates, and that we comply with all applicable COVID-19 government orders. When is Opening Night to the 2021 season?
The Louisville Bats home opener is scheduled for Tuesday, May 4.
When will individual game tickets go on sale?
Individual game tickets will go on sale to the general public on Tuesday, April 20 @ 10:00 AM.
Why are tickets only available for certain months?
Individual game tickets will be available on a month-to-month basis. The implementation of this monthly system allows our ticketing staff the flexibility to potentially expand seating capacity throughout the season.
Will there be limited seating capacity?
Individual game ticket availability will be limited due to seating capacity limits. Fans who join our Individual Game Ticket Wait List will receive priority notification to buy tickets if/when they become available to purchase.

Q: I purchased a season ticket package for the 2020 season, what does this mean for me?
A: Fans who have purchased a season ticket package for the 2020 season will receive a full credit for the value of your 2020 season ticket plan automatically renewing your tickets for the 2021 season. Plus, you will receive an additional 20% Bonus Credit for the 2021 season that can be used for stadium concessions (excluding alcohol) or towards team merchandise from the Bats Team Store.

Q: I have Flex Ticket Vouchers for the 2020 season, what do I do with these?
A: Hold on to your vouchers. Your 2020 ticket vouchers are valid for the 2021 season. Fans who have vouchers, may redeem them at the Box Office window prior to or on a game night. All seats are subject to availability.
Q: I purchased Individual Game tickets to a game scheduled in 2020, what does this mean for me?
A: All fans who purchased individual tickets for the 2020 season will receive a full credit for their purchase applied to their account. This credit can be used towards the purchase of a ticket for any 2021 home game. Plus, you will receive an additional 20% Bonus Credit for the 2021 season that can be used for stadium concessions (excluding alcohol) or towards team merchandise from the Bats Team Store.

Q: I had booked a Group Outing for a 2020 Bats home game that was cancelled, what happens to my deposit?
A: Your deposit for your 2020 Group Outing will be credited to your account and it can used for a Louisville Bats home game that you choose in the 2021 season. Plus, you will receive an additional 20% bonus credit that may be used for concessions or team store merchandise (in-person purchases only) during the 2021 season.
