The Dodgers' No. 10 prospect, as rated by Baseball America, retired the first nine Sounds batters of the game in front of a crowd of 9,591.
After allowing two hits in the fourth inning, the right-handed pitcher retired nine of the final 10 batters he faced as he earned his first win with Oklahoma City.
Santana allowed three total hits and did not issue a walk, exiting the game with a 3-0 lead.
He threw 86 pitches, including 60 strikes as he joined the Dodgers from Double-A Tulsa where he made eight starts to begin the season. Santana's 11 strikeouts marked a season-high for an Oklahoma City pitcher.
He guided the Dodgers to their Minor League-leading 19th home win of the season as Oklahoma City improved to 19-4 at Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark.
