Hiring for the 2026 Season
The Fightin Phils will host their first job fair of 2026 on Monday, January 19 from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. at FirstEnergy Stadium. Prospective employees are invited to come interview for a variety of jobs during the upcoming season. Those attending the job fair are encouraged to download an application HERE
The Reading Fightin Phils are seeking hourly part-time employees for the 2026 season!
Applicants must be at least 16 years of age and available to work nights and weekends during the course of the season.
Seeking employees in the following department:
- Concessions
- Lifeguard (must have lifeguard certification)
- Clean Team
- Press Box
- Camera Crew
- Ushers
