The Reading Fightin Phils are seeking hourly part-time employees for the 2026 season!
Applicants must be at least 16 years of age and available to work nights and weekends during the course of the season.
Seeking employees in the following department:
- Grill workers for concessions
- Beer & Hot Dog Vendors (must be 18+)
- Security
- Second shift custodian
