The Reading Fightin Phils, Double-A affiliate of the Philadelphia Phillies, are seeking hard-working, goal-oriented, and enthusiastic individuals for our 2027 internship program. We are seeking interns for both full-time internships and part-time, game-day roles. Interns will handle day-to-day operational tasks and learn how the organization prepares for the upcoming season. The Internship program will provide a great opportunity for interns looking to immerse themselves in a full-service sports and entertainment venue.
Full-Time Internships
Upperclassmen and recent college graduates have the opportunity to get directly involved and gain hands-on experience in multiple aspects of Minor League Baseball. Interns work directly with the front office staff to get an overview of all of the different positions. Each intern will be a valuable piece of our operation and will work on meaningful tasks that directly contribute to the success of the R-Phils.
2027 full-time internship positions consist of:
- Public Relations, Broadcast and Social Media (Filled for 2027)
- Video Production
- Grounds Crew
- Ticket Office/Group Sales
- Team Store
- Graphic Design
- Community Relations
- Food and Beverage/Stadium Operations
- Event Coordination
- Social Media/Phun Team
Interns are hired on a rolling basis beginning NOW! Internships can last 3-10 months depending on the department.
Game Day Internships
The Fightin Phils are also seeking interns to work in part-time/game-day roles. These are perfect for college underclassmen whose schedules may not be as flexible for full-time internship positions. Game Day interns will have the opportunity to work in and assist with: concessions, stadium operations, Phunland, press box, photography, camera crew/video production, and much more.
