Satellite Radio Personalities Richard Christy and Sal Governale Coming to Reading June 28

(Reading, PA) - Satellite Radio Personalities Richard Christy and Sal Governale are coming to Baseballtown this season. The R-Phils will welcome Christy and Governale on Friday, June 28 for a matchup against the Bowie Baysox (Orioles). First pitch is slated for 7:00.
Fans can meet Christy and Governale, while also getting excellent seats. For $65, you can have a pre-game VIP meet and greet with both, which includes a photo and autograph opportunity with Richard and Sal, along with a blue a box seat for the R-Phils game with Bowie. For $62, fans can receive the same package and a green box seat to the game. The VIP Meet and Greet will run from 5:15-6 p.m. pregame. Fans can purchase VIP Packages HERE.
A free autograph session with Christy and Governale will take place with fans attending the game starting at 7:00. The evening will conclude with a postgame fireworks show.
In addition to being a Satellite Radio Personality, Christy is also known for his role as a drummer for several bands in the early 1990s. Some of the music groups he played for were: Incantation, Death and more. His current band is Charred Walls of the Damned. Christy then joined the Howard Stern Show in 2004 and took on various other roles in radio over the next few years. He was also voted as one of the top metal drummers in the United States multiple times. Governale has spent time as an actor, producer, and comedian. Christy and Governale have been with SiriusXM Satellite Radio since 2006.
The Reading Fightin Phils return to FirstEnergy Stadium on Tuesday, April 9, to open the 2024 season against the Portland Sea Dogs (Red Sox).
