El Paso's bats were on fire all night. As a team, the Chihuahuas went 17-for-39 (.439) with four home runs. El Paso put up five consecutive multi-run innings against the Aces pitching staff.
Reno remains in first place in the Pacific Northern Division with a record of 49-32. The Tacoma Rainiers find themselves 6.5 games back with a record of 41-37. The Aces will face to El Paso tomorrow for game two of the series tomorrow evening at 6:05 p.m. Greg Gross and the club will return to The Biggest Little City on the 4th of July and take on the Rainiers.
