HOCKEY NIGHT WITH GERRY CHEEVERS APPEARANCE: Former Amerks and Bruins goalie and Hockey Hall of Famer Gerry Cheevers will meet fans and sign autographs from 530 PM until 6:15 pm, and again from 7:05 PM until 7:50 PM, presented by Tim Hortons Rochester. $20 for the first autographed item (includes our poster or your item), $20 for each additional signed item. Cheevers will be featured in a Pre-Game Live interview on the field before the game, talking about his career and his time in Rochester. The gates will open at 5:30 PM regardless of the weather for the autograph appearance and giveaway.
PUCK GIVEAWAY: The first 1,000 fans will receive a Red Wings logo puck, presented by Tim Hortons Iceplex.
JERSEY AUCTION: The Red Wings will wear special red Amerks-themed jerseys, which will be auctioned off to benefit the Red Wings Community Foundation. The jerseys will be available for bids on Aug. 28 on our official MiLB Auction page by clicking here.
POST-GAME FIREWORKS: A hockey song fireworks show follows the game, presented by Krossber Brothers Pool and Spa.
