Drew Parrish started the game for Omaha on the mound. In the first inning, Parrish recorded the first two outs before walking Tyler Nevin but would end up getting the final out stranding the runner at first.
Reece Olson made his second start of the season against the Storm Chasers on the mound. Olson worked a quick one-two-three inning to get the night going.
With one out in the top of the second inning, Jonathan Davis hit a single to record the game's first hit. Parrish got a groundball double play on the next batter to retire the side.

To start the third inning Corey Joyce drew a walk but would then be thrown out trying to steal second base during the next at-bat. Parrish ended the third inning with no other runners on base.
In the home half of the fourth inning, Olson continued to get outs quickly, retiring the first two batters he faced. With two outs Angelo Castellano worked a walk and then stole second to put himself in scoring position for the Storm Chasers
Parker Meadows worked a walk to start the top of the fourth inning for the Mud Hens. Then later on in the inning, Andre Lipcius worked a one-out walk to put runners on first and second. Parrish was able to get a groundball force-out at second base to put runners on the corners with two outs. Jonathan Davis then worked a walk to load the bases with two outs but Parrish was able to record the final out without allowing the Mud Hens to score.
Nicky Lopez leadoff the fourth inning with the first hit of the game for the Storm Chasers with a single. Then the next batter Samad Taylor walked to put runners on first and second with no outs. The next batter Tyler Gentry then hit a pop fly to centerfield that was caught but was deep enough for Lopez to tag and get to third to put runners on the corners with one out. Olson then retired the next two batters in order to retire the side and kept the Storm Chasers off the board.
James McArthur entered the scoreless game from the bullpen in the fifth inning for the Storm Chasers. With one out Corey Joyce singled to center field to get on base for the Hens. Later in the inning, Parker Meadows worked a two-out walk to put runners on first and second. Tyler Nevin singled to center field to score Joyce and the game's first run to give the Mud hens a 1-0 lead.
In the bottom of the fifth inning, Reece Olson struck out the first two batters he faced to continue his best start of the season. Olson recorded the final out via a popout to work five consecutive scoreless innings for the Hens.
Donny Sands lead off the top of the sixth inning with a single to right field. Two batters later Micheal Papierski was hit by a pitch to put runners on first and second with one out. The next batter Corey Joyce was hit by a pitch to load the bases with one out. Jermaine Palacios worked a bases-loaded walk to bring home the second run of the game for the Mud Hens. The three straight walks marked the end of McArthur's day on the mound. McArther was replaced by Walter Pennington who came into the game with a bases-loaded one-out jam. Justyn-Henry Malloy worked another bases-loaded walk for another Mud Hens run. Parker Meadows then hit a sacrifice fly to score the third and final run of the inning to give the Hens a 4-0 lead.
Garrett Hill entered the game from the bullpen in the bottom of the sixth inning for the Mud Hens. After walking the first two batters he faced, Hill was able to recollect and strike out three straight Storm Chasers hitters to end the inning.
With one out in the top of the seventh inning, Andre Lipcius hit a single to center field. The Mud hens were unable to capitalize after the next two batters were retired keeping the score at 4-0.
In the home half of the seventh inning Nicky Lopez leadoff the inning with a single to right field. Two batters later a throwing error by Micheal Papierski allowed Lopez to get to third without. A groundout hit by Clay Dugan allowed Lopez to score and put the first run on the board for the Storm Chasers.
Pennington continued to pitch into the eighth innings for the Storm Chasers and retired the side in order to keep it a three-run Mud Hens lead.
Miguel Diaz entered the game from the bullpen for the eighth inning for the Mud Hens. After giving up a leadoff walk, Diaz retired the next three batters in order to retire the side.
Johna Dipoto came from the bullpen in the ninth inning and sat down the Mud hens in order to keep the Mud hens at a 4-1 lead heading to the ninth inning
Miguel Diaz continued to pitch into the ninth inning looking to complete a six-out save for the Mud Hens. After recording the first two outs of the inning, Diaz allowed a walk but was able to get the final out and record a 4-1 victory for the Mud Hens
