Autographs: Credentialed media are not permitted to solicit autographs from players or team personnel without prior approval from the GreenJackets community relations staff.
Cameras: Cameras are permitted inside SRP Park. However, photographs may not be used or sold commercially without the express written consent of the Augusta GreenJackets. Videotaping of games is permitted only with advance coordination with the GreenJackets and Minor League Baseball. Still and video camera operators can capture game action from areas designated by GreenJackets staff.
Clubhouse Access: The SRP Park clubhouse will be closed for the 2024 season. Please contact Noah Adcock-Howeth for any Pre or Post-game interview requests.
Game Notes: On home game days, rosters, game notes, and starting lineups for both teams will be available on the "Media Information" tab of the GreenJackets website.
Statistics: Credentialed media looking to obtain box scores or stat packs can request them by contacting [email protected]. Any questions about official scoring decisions should also be directed to the GreenJackets Media Department.
Interviews: All manager, player, and field staff personnel interviews must be arranged with the Augusta GreenJackets media department at least 24 hours in advance. Interviews can be conducted via Zoom or other video or audio platforms and in-person within the parameters of Major League Baseball's protocols, which are subject to change throughout the season. Off-site interviews will not be permitted. Interview requests do not guarantee availability. No one will be permitted to interview starting pitchers prior to a game on the day of their start.
Press Box: The Augusta GreenJackets give preferred press box seating to the organizations that cover the team most frequently. If your media organization needs special accommodations, please contact Noah Adcock-Howeth at least 24 hours prior to the game or event.
In-Game Transmission: Per Major League Baseball, while events are in progress, credentialed media shall not transmit or display video, audio, pictures, photographs, or other non-text accounts or descriptions of events in any media and other event information may not be transmitted more than once every half-inning of play.
