What is Mobile Ticketing?

Mobile Ticketing is a new, convenient way for all fans to access their digital Shorebirds tickets at the tips of their fingers! With all 2021 Shorebirds tickets available digitally or print-at-home only, this easy-to-use system is the most convenient way to access, transfer and use your Shorebirds tickets as it can all be done via any mobile device. How to access "My Shorebirds Tickets" on a mobile device?

Fans can access their digital tickets on any mobile devices through a variety of ways. To access your tickets, you can either click the "My Shorebirds Tickets" in the hamburger menu on www.theshorebirds.com or visit the MiLB First Pitch App which you can download below.

How to view my tickets on a mobile device?

  1. After you click either "My Shorebirds Tickets" on theshorebirds.com or "Access My Tickets" on the MiLB First Pitch App, log in to your Shorebirds ticket account.
  2. Tap "Display Tickets" to view your tickets on gameday
  3. Tap "View My Orders" to see all your Shorebirds ticket orders for upcoming games
  4. Tap the Order ID of the tickets you are looking to view. Please note: If you are a Shorebirds Ticket Plan Member, all your tickets in that plan will be included in one Order ID allowing you to view all your tickets for upcoming Shorebirds games.

How to add tickets to your Apple Wallet?

  1. Access and log in to your Shorebirds Ticket Account either through www.theshorebirds.com or the MiLB First Pitch App
  2. Tap "View My Orders" to see all your Shorebirds ticket orders
  3. Select the game you would like to view
  4. Tap the "Add to Apple Wallet" button to the right of your selected game
  5. After the ticket pop-up, click add in the top right corner
  6. When you arrive to Perdue Stadium, go to your Apple Wallet App, find the correct ticket, and scan your ticket on your phone at the entrance

How to email your tickets on a mobile device?

  1. Access and log in to your Shorebirds Ticket Account either through www.theshorebirds.com or the MiLB First Pitch App
  2. Tap "Email Tickets"
  3. Select the tickets you’d like to email to someone else. You don’t have to email every ticket from that order, just the ones you’d like someone else to have access to. After you’ve selected the tickets, click “Submit”
  4. Enter the email you’d like to send the tickets to, re-enter the email, and then type the person’s first and last name.
  5. Click “Submit” to send the tickets.

How to Claim Your Emailed Tickets

  1. Open the email containing your tickets.
  2. If you already have a Shorebirds Ticket account, great! All you have to do is log in to claim your tickets. If not, you’ll need to click “Create Account”.
  3. A web browser will open, prompting you to create a username, password and to fill out contact information.
  4. Once you’ve added in your First and Last name, phone number, email address and mailing address, hit submit and you’ll see your tickets.
