Delmarva Shorebirds Broadcast Information

The Delmarva Shorebirds are proud to announce the continuation of MiLB.TV for all Shorebirds home games as well as the audio only online feed hosted by StreamGuys for all 132 games this season.

Debuting in 2021, the Shorebirds began broadcasting all home games through MiLB.TV (subscription required). The upgrade to MiLB.TV allows fans to experience being at the ballpark whether they are inside Arthur W. Perdue Stadium or at home.

Fans will be able to listen to the Voice of the Shorebirds and Play-by-Play Broadcaster Mitchell Speltz on the call for every broadcast this season starting with the pregame show 15 minutes prior to first pitch and conclude with a 15-minute postgame show.

The Shorebirds will be broadcasting all games both home and away with an audio only stream provided by StreamGuys. MiLB.TV Broadcasts will be provided by the home club (where available).

Shorebirds Broadcast Team

Mitchell joins the Shorebirds as the Director of Broadcasting & Media Relations for the 2023 season. This will be his second year in Minor League Baseball and the Carolina League as he spent 2022 with the Augusta GreenJackets where he filled the same role for the Atlanta Braves affiliate. He began broadcasting baseball in the Northwoods League where he was named the Broadcaster of the Year in 2021 with the Mankato MoonDogs. Mitchell comes from La Crosse, Wisconsin where he graduated from Viterbo University with degrees in Sports Management & Marketing.
