When should I book my group outing?
In general, you should book your group outing as soon as possible. Our group outings are very popular so inventory sells out quickly.
What if I need help in making my decision?
Call the Groups Department at 972-731-9200. We realize that booking group outings is new to some. That's why we're here to help. We want friends for life, so we'll make sure we create the outing that fits your specific needs.
How do I pay for a group outing?
Booking a group outing with us is extremely easy. In fact, you can do it over the phone. You give us the information, and we'll set up your event. A small 25% nonrefundable down payment is due at the time of reservation. The balance is due 45 days prior to your group outing.
How do I get my tickets?
Group ticket orders will be processed and will be available for print or digital delivery, depending on order date. Tickets will be mailed out unless we are within ten (10) business days of the game, and then they will be will called under one person's name. Balance must be paid in full in order to receive tickets. Photo ID will be required for pick up.
Where does my group park?
Parking is just $10 per car and may be purchased in advance or upon arrival.
Can my group tailgate?
Yes, you can tailgate. You will need to pre-purchase parking spaces through a group representative. Parking lots open two hours prior to game time.
Can my group bring food in to the park?
No outside food or beverage may be brought into Riders Field. However, all hospitality areas include catering.
Do you have fundraising opportunities?
Yes, we do. It typically consists of your group or organization purchasing tickets and then selling them to raise money for your cause. Again, call a group representative at (972) 731-9200 and they can assist you with this process.
Are bags and towels allowed to the Lazy River? Are there lockers available?
Lockers are available to store your belongings in. A member of our staff will be at the Lazy River and can point you in the right direction when you arrive. Bags and purses that do not exceed 16" x 16" x 8" are permitted. Our full list of ballpark policies can be found here. Gates open one hour prior to game time and the Lazy River is open until the end of the game.
Where can I rent a bus to take a group to a RoughRiders game?

Where is the Birthday Party Plaza?
The Birthday Party Plaza is located in the Northwest corner of the ballpark next to the Primrose Schools Playground and the RoughRiders' batting cage. See the ballpark map for more.
How long does my party have our private area?
You will have access to your area for one (1) hour starting when gates open one (1) hour before the scheduled first pitch. (Ex. 6 pm- 7 pm for a 7 pm game)
Will the area be properly labeled for our guests to find?
Yes. We will have a group sign with the birthday kid's name in your area.
Will the area be decorated?
Yes. The RoughRiders will provide balloons and party favors for your area. If you would like additional decorations, you can access the ballpark 1 ½ hours before scheduled first pitch to set up.
May we bring gifts into the ballpark?
Yes. We will have a designated parking spot for one (1) vehicle near the Birthday Party Plaza for you to unload/load the gifts. This spot will be on the street on the West side of the stadium near the Northwest corner. See the ballpark map for more.
How soon may we enter the ballpark?
Gates will open one (1) hour before the scheduled first pitch and you may enter the ballpark and the birthday area at that time. We will provide a special entrance for the birthday parent/guardian by their designated parking spot that will open up 1 ½ hours before scheduled first pitch. The remaining guest will enter in the general public gates.
How do I get my tickets?

Will birthday candles be provided?
Yes, we will provide birthday candles.
Where will my seats be located?
Birthday seats are the best available seats in our premium group seating sections within the ballpark seating bowl.
Can I extend my time at the Birthday Party Plaza for an additional cost?
After your scheduled time is up, you can remain in your area, but the Birthday Party Plaza will transition to a public area once the game is scheduled to start.
Will there be an attendant at our area?
Yes, a RoughRiders staff person will be on-site to assist.
Can we bring a cake in?
Cupcakes will be provided, but exceptions can be made through your account representative.

Group Tickets for Riders Field may not be refunded or exchanged. A 25% non-refundable down payment is required to reserve any and all group seating areas at Riders Field. In the event of cancellation this deposit will be posted to your account as a cancellation fee.
